These guys are great! I've had them out to my property a few times for garage door-related issues. Most recently my spring broke and I called and they came out right away and replaced the springs. They also troubleshot an issue with the opener as well. Everything works perfectly as it should now. Highly recommend!

Over the last 25 years we have used Richardson's Garage Doors for our door needs. The staff is friendly and kind. They take the time to listen. The servicemen who have come to our home have showed up on time, worked hard, and resolved our issues from a broken spring to a worn out gear, to a door that wouldn't stay closed. I highly recommend Richardson's Garage Doors for installation or repair needs.

Very unhelpful front desk with poor customer service. Treated me like an idiot for raising legitimate concerns about what they were trying to sell me. They couldn’t tell me if a part for a door that they sold was the correct part to buy because it was tool old and garage door technology is changing so fast. When I asked where I can find the information about compatible hardware they told me they don’t give out advice for free and I have to hire them to come do it for me. Would never hire this company.

Broken torsion spring on double door - You REALLY need to use Richardson's Garage Doors, Inc if you need service. Stop looking and call! Tyler was truly amazing. He was willing to take the time to educate me on how to take care of the new torsion spring and the need to lubricate the rollers. I never knew this. On top of that, when they came out on a Friday, they noticed we had added some insulation to the double door, so they didn't want to just slap a torsion spring on it. Their desire to do it properly is much much appreciated! They came out today and weighed the door to ensure the proper torsion spring was put on. This is a truly wonderful and local business! Thank you so much for helping us!

The combination of a worn, broken torque tube and the door freezing to the floor during a winter storm combined for a very loud catastrophic event one morning as my opener proceeded to rip all the interior hardware off my door. A friend recommended Richardson's so I called when they opened. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional and the technicians promptly got my door working better than it ever had before.

In this day and age I believe it is important to shop local and support small business.I have done business with Richardson's Garage ***** **** In the past few years, and have had no complaints. In early January I needed to purchase a keypad remote and a button remote for my Linear Garage Door Opener, and one keypad remote for my *********** Garage Door Opener, a so i went to their office to purchase these items.When I got home and reviewed the installation instructions and went online to ******* for further instructions I could not get the keypad to talk to the Linear opener. I tried several times over the course of a couple days. No luck. The *********** remote pared up, with no problem.I returned to their office to return the Linear Keypad and the Linear Button Remote, for the as I felt the keypad was defective and was immediately told that all electronics were not returnable and all sales were final. Defective or not and no offer to replace it. I was told my Linear Garage Door Opener was probably defective and that they would be happy to schedule a technician, for an additional fee for the service call. Nothing was said at the time of purchase that all sales were final, nothing noted on the sales receipt, and no visible sign was apparent regarding their return policy that I saw at the time of purchase. The sales person was not the friendless!I could have purchased these same on Amazon for half the price, but I wanted to shop local. Now I'm stuck with a non-functioning key pad.I could not and would not recommend this business to my friends, or anyone if they were in search of services of which they could provide. I've bought both garage doors and garage door openers from this place over the years. i bought a garage door opener from them within the last year. It lost its pairing and i couldn't get it to pair again. I went in for advise and they absolutely refused to help me. Said I had to make a service appointment so they could charge me to send a tech. If that's the best they can do with customer relations I am done being a customer there.

Giving this business 5 stars! Our garage door had stopped working and we quickly got an appointment scheduled. In addition after speaking with one of the employees she was able to better understand the issue and send the repair man prepared to fix out garage on the first visit. Super awesome customer service. The repair technician was also very friendly, professional and speedy. Within the hour he was able to repair the door and fix it. Thank you again Richardson's Garage Door Inc.

Left message on Saturday (they are closed weekends of course). They called Monday morning and said what would likely need to be done. gave an estimate, and said they'd call back that afternoon to schedule a time for Tuesday. They called back early afternoon and arranged 4 hour window for repair (10AM - 2PM). Arrived at 11:30 AM Tuesday, completed work by 1:00.P Did additional inspection as part of the repairs and included the results on invoice. Work was done well, at the price quoted, with good communication and they did what they said they'd do throughout. No up-sell. Price was lower than friends that had similar work with other companies, and less costly than I expected. I'm glad to see some companies still know how to provide customer service! Services Rendered: Needed garage door repaired - broken internal spring, replaced torque tube and springs.

Our interactions with the office and the service guys from Richardson's were wonderful. The office staff we spoke to were efficient and knowledgeable. The service staff diagnosed and fixed the problems quickly and efficiently. They were polite, knowledgeable, easy to speak with, and answered all our questions. We will use Richardson's in the future and will recommend them to all our friends. Kudos for a job well done.
