Last Friday afternoon, on a very bitter cold day, my garage door decided to snap it's cable, making my door inoperable. I contacted 'Frank' at Bob's (his grandfather who started business) Automatic Garage Door Company. He was there promptly Saturday morning, along with his son - gotta love family businesses - working together to get my garage door operational. It works better than ever now. Terrific job and I highly recommend this family business.

My garage door was damaged when I backed out of the garage when for some reason the door was down just enough to damage the seal on the bottom of the door. Frank from Bob's Automatic Garge Door cam out replaced the seal and did a tune-up on the door. Great service! I like that he is local, the owner and not some large nonpersonal company.

Frank is the best. We have had several issues with our garage doors and Frank has come to our rescue every time. Yesterday we had two doors that weren't functioning. Frank came over first thing in the morning on the coldest day of the year and had everything working within an hour. He is professional, reliable, affordable and all around fantastic. And he will not try to sell you something you don't need.

One of our garage door springs broke stranding my wife in the garage. Frank was very responsive, arrived on time, did the work for a reasonable price and was cordial and friendly. Garage door would fail to close intermittently, usually taking 2 - 5 times before closing. Called Bob's to repair garage door. Provider came and spent very little time on it, about 15 minutes, and charged $100. Problem did not improve to any significant degree and we were too busy to arrange another visit. As summer progressed it got worse to the point where it would not close at all. Called a different provider who came and fixed it on the same day for only $85, spending 30 minutes and explaining fully all the things needing to be fixed. In addition to not fixing the problem, the service provider was unpleasant and seemed unhappy to be there. Have used Bob's in the past and had good experiences but in those cases I think it was Bob himself who came to do the work. This time it was not Bob and we were not happy. If you use this company make sure you get Bob, assuming he is still there and still doing work himself. Services Rendered: Attempted to repair garage door
