Google1He used my extension cord from motor to ground in the middle of garage, left laying on floor, car cannot get in and creating real fire hazard in the lake house, didn’t connect garage door opener directly to outlet and keep telling me it is somehow Great Job! I know THC is legal in IL but to say wire hanging in middle of garage is Normal ?!? Folks NEVER HIRE HIM. You will regret!

Google5I would highly recommend Chad to anyone! I needed a spring replaced and he was at my house within an hour and finished replacing the spring 30 minutes later. Pricing was very fair and he explained what was going on and gave recommendations on how to keep the rest of my garage door functioning for as long as possible. Thank you Chad!

Google5I had hired a guy to fix my garage spring system. He did an OK job but when I started to have problems as a result of the work he did, I decided to hire someone else who might do a better job. I called Chain O Lakes Door. Chad was very responsive, and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem for no more than the cost of a service call. He seems to value customer service, and that is so important when you’re hiring someone to do work on your house. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Google5I had a broken spring on my garage door. I called Chain O’ Lakes Door Co. and Chad arrived quickly to make short work of swapping out my old springs for new ones. He shared valuable tips and was easy to work with. My garage door is working better and quieter than ever. I will definitely call Chain O’ Lakes Door Co. for all of my garage door needs.

Google5I called quite a few places that repair garage door springs and the prices were so high it was ridiculous. I called Chad at Chain O' Lakes Door Co. and he gave me the best price. He was out of town during the 4th of July holiday and promised he would contact me as soon as he got back into town Tuesday July 9th. He called me first thing in the morning and told me approx. what time he would be out. He was there at the time he said and ready to fix the springs on the door. He showed me the difference in the different springs and explained the difference with the wood doors like we have and the need for a heavier spring and the metal doors that take the smaller springs. He was amazing explaining things to me in a way that I could understand and showing me how to take care of the hinges and rollers so they run smoother an quieter. I would recommend Chad to everyone needing repairs or new doors installed. He did an awesome job at a very reasonable price and taught me things about the garage doors that I never knew. Thank you Chad!!!!

Google5Chad at Chain of Lakes Door was on time, personable, and knowledgeable. He installed and applied lubricants to make the door sound and act like new. I would recommend him to others that need help with their garage door.

Google5We had a broke garage door spring and called around for a few quotes. All the quotes were competitive but Chain O’Lakes Door Company beat the other two by $10 & $15. Chain O’Lakes was also available to come out within an hour. The other two would not have been able to show up until tomorrow. Chad the technician was great, very friendly and professional. We had both springs replaced and it took less than an hour.
