Very unpleasant experience, Prize quoted over the phone different from what was told when the workman was at my home (much higher). Agressive selling on site. Attempt to charge for tax on labor (which does not exist in Texas). Workman and ladies in head office aggressive attitude. Later I had a chance to compare prices and they offered to replace my motor fo $650,- I had it done by KTM Doors Control Inc. who only charged me $400,- for the same Beltdrive motor. On the job A-1 did they charged me $20,- per roller which KTM doors would have only charged me $5.50 per roller. I will never do business with A-1 again! Services Rendered: Replaced the two springs and 10 rollers.
