Google5Chuck is a magician! My garage door sounded like a herd of horses stampeding down the street every time I opened and closed it. The remote in my car would only work if I was less than 5 feet from the door, the motor was barely hanging on to the ceiling with one screw and the sensors were a hot mess. He fixed it all and now the door is so quiet I can barely hear it. The price was great and he completely overhauled everything without replacing the door. I cannot get over how smooth the door opens now. Excellent company, fantastic experience from start to finish!

Google5Chuck was fast and informative. We called Friday they showed up today. It was $350 with a 2 year warranty. Military discount made it cheaper for the spring replacement.

Google5We purchased a garage door opener from Lowe's with install and were matched with Door-Tex. They were awesome! Chuck called me to see if we were available for the install earlier than we were scheduled which worked for our schedules even better. He was efficient, professional and forward thinking with the install. He also took the time to walk us through the app and gave us some tips of what to look for if we run into trouble. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends or neighbors.

Google5If I could give Chuck a thousand stars I would! He went up and beyond for me a total stranger! I have a rental house that the previous tenants thought it would be a great idea to back their car into the garage door and completely ruin them without telling me. When chuck went to the house he told me of door being kicked in holes in the walls feces everywhere and this is a 5 year old house! I am out of town and did not know what to do they trashed my beautiful new home. He actually is a GC and he fixed everything! His sweet wife Patricia clean the biohazard home for me at a reasonable price. If you are ever in need of a garage door or service of a garage door these are your people!!!! They are the kindest most hard working people I have ever meet and they do what they say they will do. He sent pictures along the way to show progress. He offers easy payment with a text you click on that brings you to a payment screen. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about this company. Now my renters are a different story! lol. Choose Door-Tex and you will NEVER regret it!!!
