My husband had called around to different companies regarding fixing our garage door opener after it jumped the track while trying to close it. The other businesses said it would be the following Wednesday before they could come out. My husband's concern was the door is open half way up, it would leave us vulnerable. After contacting EZ Door, the young lady that took the service call assured my husband they would be out shortly. My husband was impressed with the young man David Ellis, that was punctual and took his time taking the garage door opener apart and checking and realigning it correctly. My husband was really impressed with his courtesy, but what really surprised us, was today March 27th, we received a letter of appreciation from EZ Door's company. They were thanking us for letting them provide us with their services. Services Rendered: EZ Doors provided timely services in repairing our garage door opener after the chain had jumped the track.
