Google5I needed a single rail bracket for my garage door. They were out of stock at the showroom so I was sent to the warehouse, just one mile away. I didn't get out of my truck, hand delivered and NO CHARGE. Great people and great, locally run business. The showroom is elegant.

Google1I had a bad feeling about Overhead (the poor service reviews) and the bait and switch I just experienced (being told my project could not be addressed for six to eight weeks) means I will NOT be using your service. I didn't misunderstand anything, you guys straight up lied about how quickly you could replace the garage door. The dismissiveness with which I was treated by the front office staff confirms to me that your staff thinks their company is just too big to have to bother with the little guys and our small projects.

Google5I had my door installed almost 6 years ago. I have never had any problems but recently flagged down Ethan when I noticed his truck in my neighborhood to change my bulbs. (Wrist injury. Couldn't open the cover and it was driving me crazy.) He was so kind and helpful and even checked to be sure I was still satisfied with the performance of the door. It is quiet and never squishes my cat. Satisfied customer.

Google1Do not buy doors from this company. Shoddy workmanship, motors that dont work, rude and lazy office lady, that could not be bothered to communicate with us. We got ripped off big time.

Google1Called three weeks ago to get a bottom door seal for my garage door. No follow up at all. I called and they said part not in stock and they would order and call me to set up a service call to install. Three weeks later and no call from them. I can get the seal on Amazon in three days so I guess they just don't want to be bothered. I will call elsewhere.

Google5Extremely happy with their service. Came out day after I called, got a temporary fix in place until parts are available in about an hour. Very reasonable rates as well.
