Google5Dear Valley Garage Door, This morning, your technician showed up to adjust our garage door, and we were impressed with his professionalism. Y’all had replaced two doors for us last winter, and we’d noticed that one ran very smoothly whereas the other one lurched and was noisier. This morning your tech arrived promptly at 8:30 as scheduled, observed and listened to me, then got right to work. He found and fixed the issue quickly, and everything works great now. He also straightforwardly ‘fessed up that the issue had been that he had placed a bolt in the wrong spot in the original installation, resulting in some rubbing, that he had now fixed. Admitting a mistake and making it right is great customer service. He also lubed the door springs etc just because he was there. Our new doors both work perfectly now.

Google5Door installed in one day. Price as advertised. Fit perfect and as agreed on (my RV fits perfectly). The young men that did the work were VERY friendly, professional and polite. There's a reason we used Valley Garage Door when our house was first built in 1992.

Google5Very pleased with this Company. Garage door tried to disassemble itself upon opening. I thought it was toast. Called Valley Garage and repairman came out next day. Repaired it quickly and added better roller supports. They do good work. I recommend them.

Google2Recently purchased 2 doors from them . I had a contractor install on a new building. I was having trouble programing both so I called to see if they could come to program them.... no such luck, very dissatisfied with after sale service.

Google2We had a good and a bad experience. Good experience was emergency repair and bad experience was the replacement of damaged door panel. It took weeks and a threat to refund my deposit before it finally got the panel replaced.

Google4Had them come over to troubleshoot problem with our garage door. He did everything I had already done. The repairman was able to see what I'd been attempting to repair, readjusted the things I had already done and when he was stumped called the owner for assistance. All in all they gave it their best shot. I discussed at length after the original visit with the owner, and have more things to pursue before giving up and replacing the unit. While they didn't fix it, I'm happy with the follow up I received.

Google5Valley Door has always been our go to garage door place. We had a glitchy I-drive that our contractor put in our spec house and Ron or his guys would come out and fix it right away. Always great service and friendly employees!
