First and foremost, they were incredibly responsive. I called them after business hours and got an appointment for the next morning as this wasn't an emergency for me. They were also very professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the situation to me and walk me through the process. But what really stood out to me was their attention to detail. They were very careful and precise when working on my locks, ensuring that everything was in working order before they left. They also took the time to clean up after themselves, leaving the area just as clean as it was when they arrived. Overall, I was extremely impressed with AD Garage Doors and Locks. Yelp5I had a garage door that would not re-engage after needing to open it manually because of a power outage. Ami was very responsive and was able to come get the unit to re-engage very quickly. He spent extra time showing me how to lubricate the door to help prevent future issues. He showed up exactly when he said he would, very efficient in his deciding how to remedy the issue, and his fee was what he'd quoted. Could not have gone better. I felt a high degree of confidence that he runs an honest business. He said he's also a locksmith and if I need that type of service I will definitely call him.
