Google2I ordered a large window to replace my hall stairway area window in July. I paid in full. Finally they arrived on November 3 to install and the window and it was the wrong measurements. So they left and heard nothing back from them. So I call the number I had and a young lady named Christina stated she only handles new installations. I told her I never got that far. So now I'm waiting again to hear from another department and still nothing not even a apology or an installation date which will probably be next year. I wish someone would call me and tell me what's happening. I will never used this company again.

Google1If you need window get them from anywhere but PELLA. My order was shipped to the Knoxville office and they sat there and no one contacted me. I had to contact corporate and they located my windows for me. 2 of the windows were damaged and I was told just to take them and out them in and they would send me replacement windows. I am building a new house and this was not going to happen. As Sony else pointed out the communication from Knoxville office is non-existent. You can leave messages on every extension and no return calls. Screens were damaged and it took months to get replacements and then they shorted me a screen. Buyer beware. Order online and have them shipped to you directly and avoid Knoxville location.

Google1The quality of Pella windows is amazing. Working with Pella of Knoxville has been HORRIBLE. I ordered $25k worth of windows in August... The windows arrived by November 15th, but Pella wouldn't install until December 15th. When the installer finally arrived, one of the windows was broken and I was told I'd wait another 3-4 months. However, they took a check for 50% of the remaining balance and then went ahead and charged 100% of the remaining balance on my credit card, leaving me to fight for overpaying by $6k and without any guarantees that my job will even be finished!!!!As in, I've paid in full (actually overcharged by 25%) and now I need to fight for my overpayment and get my original contract from AUGUST (it's January now) completed. I should have bought Pella through Lowes, not Pella directly. I can't get anyone on the phone to fix any of these issues. They can bill me incorrectly, but can't pick up a phone. Horrible. Update one hour later: My sales person is threatening to leave my issue unresolved indefinitely until I show him some respect.

Google5I am very pleased with the my whole Pella experience. Debating on a few of the higher end windows, I chose Pella because the Pella windows I had in my house had lasted 50 years. Greg Webb was a very thorough and honest salesman. The installation was very well done by an experienced installer who recreated my architectural window frames and molding very well. The job was not small, 18 windows in total in varying sizes, and I was extremely happy with appearance and quality of both interior and exterior.

Google5Yesterday Pella Windows and Doors of Knoxville installed our new front door. It is absolutely fantastic and we are so happy with the results. It completely changed the look of our home. Joe and David were great to work with and Dan and his helper Jeff installed the door and we could not be happier. Attached is a picture. I would not hesitate to recommend Pella to anyone. Thank you again for a beautiful door and installation.

Google5My windows have not yet been installed. I would like however to comment on the sales rep Gregory Webb. He was very nice and respectful and my wife an I really enjoyed his company. We thought Greg went the extra mile to meet our needs. I feel like we are getting top brand windows for a good price. The widows look great and was installed fast! They showed up as they was scheduled. Gregory Webb followed up with me and checked to see if I was satisfied. I will definitely call Gregory for future projects as he was great to work with. Thanks!

Google5We recently had Pella Windows installed in our new construction home. Chuck Severance was amazing to work with. When we met with him at the Knoxville showroom, he and the rest of the staff were very courteous and answered all of our questions. Our windows were installed perfectly and he followed up to be sure we were pleased. It was a great experience and it has been great being able to adjust our windows with ease. Thank you!
