Debbie went beyond normal help to exchange a poor quality new opener provided by the seller of a home we just purchased for a much better unit, at no charge to us. She then dispatched an installer to help us program the new opener and install the exterior keypad. He showed up within 45 minutes, and completed the work in half an hour. The installer was neat, efficient and easy to work with. We will definitely use this team for all future garage door needs. Great Price and excellent service, technician arrived on time and did a great job on the installation even replacing a piece of damaged insulation from one of the panels that was not replaced with the insulation of one of the panels that was damaged on the exterior side. I called them for a free estimate on repairing my garage door.They state they do free estimates on there profile page. But when i called them for the estimate they stated that they do free estimates on new installations and not repairs. That it would be a $60 service call and price of parts to fix it. Then i asked to get the estimate and he said no and that no one will give a free estimate for a repair job..
