Awesome service from the initial phone conversation to service guy Dillon! I had a broken spring so they replaced those & added an outside keypad (which I only thought of once he was here). Will definitely recommend this company to everyone!

Called with garage opener problems & they had someone here within the hour. Problem was diagnosed & new installation done in an hour. Didn't get service mans name but he was polite & informative explaining problem & giving instruction for new opener. Highly satisfied.

I want to see these folks after I cleaned out my garage and realized you know maybe I should get a new garage door opener after almost 20 years of not having one. I took pictures of my garage opener and the ceiling took it in they were able to get me my remote and they also programmed it for me so I didn't have to mess with that. I highly recommend these folks

If you want to talk to Oscar the grouch on the phone and have him tell you the repair man will be there whenever they feel like it...then this company is for you! Waited 5 days for nobody to show up and when I called back to see if they were still coming I get told my order is in the pile.

The company told me they would come over to repair our garage door. After not coming on the specified date I called back two more times until they showed, explaining later they could not repair the door that day they would be there the next day and never returned. After numerous calls they never did show up. Terrible company. Terrible customer service and liars. Do yourself a favor and call another local garage repair service.

Not recommending Overhead Peru. Installed overhead door Sept. 2017. Not tensioned quite enough. Called next day about billing and ask to come back and tension a little more. Never showed up. Received bill 3 months later(had wrong address apparently) and paid it not thinking. Sept. 2018, tension was really loose now. Called to have them retension explaining I called after Overhead installed it but no one showed up. Hoping it would be fixed at no charge. Of course I received a bill a couple days later. Called them to ask about forgiving the charge. Lady said she would give my inormation to whoever is in charge. No response until Nov. 17 when I received another bill with a $15 fee on top of original charge. Won't be calling or recommending Overhead from now on

Great. Called and they were here in just a couple of days. Very nice young man (Josh) told us it was all so old, nothing was replaceable, which I already had figured. Installed new unit quickly, cleanly. Very happy with whole experience. Very glad to know such competent service is available right here in our community! Services Rendered: Very old door opener lost signal with remote. Hoped could be fixed.
