Google1Put a deposit on a custom wood door on December 5th, had a delivery date of January 14th. Spoiler, it got installed March 27th. The owner, Colby, was my salesman. I requested an update on January 15th, Colby tells me that due to the holidays it will be delayed to “early to mid February”. No big deal, that sounds reasonable. I began requesting updates again in mid February and for 3 weeks I got told by multiple employees (not Colby, never got through to him) that they cannot update me because the manufacturer won’t answer their calls. That’s it. No plan at all to get an update or get my door. I finally decided to go in person and Colby isn’t there but his assistant who never came out to meet me supposedly called the manufacturer one last time and magically got through and of course the door will show up tomorrow. Really wish I had my $2k deposit money to bet against that line. Anyway, I get a call the next day saying they did not get the door. Everyone is truly stunned. But they will call me when it shows up, might be a week but who knows. Really can’t say when. So I go back to the store a few days later to speak to Colby and of course he still isn’t in office. He calls me later that day however to say that my door didn’t even get started until the day I showed up last week. He goes on to blame the manufacturer and all of his employees, taking no credit for the failure nor for lying to me for 2 months about the status of it. So to “make it right” for the door showing up 2 months late and only getting started because I made enough of a fuss about it, he graciously gave me a 0% discount and did absolutely nothing. If you buy anything from these people (don’t recommend), be prepared to pay them full price to get the product 75 days late and then also have to do their job to get the product. The one star is only cause the door looks cool. Colby, you’re a disappointment.

Google5Brittany was absolutely wonderful to work with when I called for information on a residential window replacement. She was honest that based on speaking with me and seeing pictures, I did not need to change window but only the glass. She then recommended three local companies for me to contact about glass replacement. If I ever need window work, I am reaching out to her at WD&M!

Google5Colby and his crew were wonderful to work with on our new construction home. Colby was able to answer my millions of questions and patiently helped us with decisions. The custom cypress window and door unit they made for us is one of my favorite features in our house. Everything was installed exactly like I wanted and after being here for 2 years now with no issues I can say it was well done. Thank you for everything!

Google5Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The crew that installed our new doors on our 12 year old home was the best in the business. They cleaned up every speck of dust and did a fantastic job. If you need high quality windows or doors with a great installation, you need to visit this place.

Google5My back door and carport door were both outdated. Elijah did an excellent job picking out two modern doors that still fit in with my home's overall style! My original back door was a swing in and we decided to put a sliding glass door. Even with my unusual measurements, they were able to get a custom sized slider! The work was timely and professional with a respectful crew who went above and beyond my expectations! I highly recommend Windows, Doors, and More and I plan to use them again!
