Google5Had issues with the main unit they came within a few days and serviced everything very quickly and showed me exactly where the issues were before fixing. Extremely professional and would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Google1Don't waste your money. They didn't give me a warranty service call after a very poor installation. Had to call another door company and pay to have adjusted. They didn't support the door properly and the office manager just doesn't care. Find a good company. Not these guys

Google5Came out quick, provided a competitive quote, and performed the installation quickly and professionally. Total turnaround time was 1 week, two competitors estimated 3-5 weeks. Overall had a great experience

BBB1We contacted this business to come out and program the garage door openers given to us when we purchased our new home. On the day of the appointment, two men showed up but instead of politely interacting with my wife and assisting with the programming of the door openers, the two service technicians began to use extremely foul language to tell my wife about how our garage door system needed to be entirely replaced. She was confused and asked questions about why the entire system needed to be replaced (when they hadn't even operated it at all), but they continued to rant and never answered the questions. They left within 10 minutes of arriving and did not perform the service we requested them to do. They charged me $100 for this "service call" to my house -- during which time they did not operate my garage door, perform the task we called them out to perform, or answer any questions satisfactorily. When my wife relayed to me what happened, I was livid. Obviously, I called another company for assistance as well as a second opinion on our garage door system. That company was able to program our openers and make one minor repair, ensuring we had a safe and operable garage door. I do not recommend Overhead Door Company based on their terrible customer service and unreasonable prices.

Google5Donald did excellent work closing in my mother's carport in preparation for the garage door install. They arrived when promised and performed all work in a satisfactory manner. Had some technical issues but they resolved them quickly and efficiently.

Google1Built a brand new garage, 1000 sq ft. My contractor used overhead garage door to do the install which was well north of $10k as they are 2 large glass garage doors that fits 2 cars each. Initially pre purchase/install their service was incredible. Responded on time and came out to measure everything and service was great. Post install, the company did a whole 180, their attitude has changed in an extremely negative way. Every few months the garage door wont open and malfunction and it's always a service charge of well over $200. Nothing is ever covered under warranty. A few months ago I had a dispute with them regarding another $200 bill when the guy literally walked in for less than 2 minutes and fixed the issue. Not saying I wouldn't pay them, but $200? For driving 2 miles down the road and fixing a simple issue which I wish I had the knowledge to fix. However, I eventually paid them in full. Regardless, my garage door is not operating again, and this time they want me to pay them Upfront because it took me a "long time" to pay them before. I again agreed, however it's been 4 days now and nobody has showed up or even called for "pre payment" As a business I understand the need to mke a profit, but to overcharge their customers over and over again is absolutely wrong, specially in a small city like Lafayette. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Google5If you are shopping around for anything garage door related, this is definitely the company I would recommend to you. They were FAST. Efficient. Affordable!! Very nice and extremely knowledgeable about every little detail. They answered every single question I had while they were in the process of working and never skipped a beat. Mr. Don came out to my house to take measurements the very next day after I called him. From there, it only took 12 hours and he sent me an estimate. I thought it would cost me at least $4,000 or $5,000 to replace all 3 garage doors along with all new tracking systems, sensors, remotes and more. But the pricing was amazing. I would highly recommend this company literally everyone in my life!!! Great job guys!!!!

Google5Brad, Shannon and Joe did a complete garage door install at my place of business today. They did quality and timely work. Also the business offered competitive pricing based on other bids. They actually came in with a price at $300 lower than anyone else. If we ever need another garage door installed I know who I am calling.

Google5After an unfortunate broken spring, I called and spoke with Ms. Pat. She was very friendly(like talking to an old friend) and knowledgeable. She knew more of what was wrong with my door than I did. She told me what the repair would entail in an understandable way. I knew then I wanted to do business with this company. Especially after, I had met with another company who came out and basically told me I needed springs and a new panel. Needless to say, I made an appointment with Ms. Pat and even that was met without a hitch. My husband met the technician at our home and he too talked about the kindness and the integrity. We are so glad we chose to do business with a company that is honest, efficient, and has the know how to get the job done. I would not hesitate to use them again if the need arise, but we were told it should last 7-10 more years. So we will definitely refer every chance we get. Thanks!
