Google1The Technician looked at my washer, spun the drum with his hand (finger) and that's it did not do anything else, told me it's the transmission, boom $129.71 where's the service. Will not use this service again or recommend it to anyone!!!!!

Google5Well he didn't even try to see if everything was working he did not hook up the hoses to the washing machine .I have to get my brother to do that for .then I can try using it and see what it will do . Hopefully everything works out perfectly 👌

Google5Ice maker was replaced and paid for by warranty insurance. Skylar was very respectful and knowledgeable. Thank you for finally fixing a 10 month problem!!!

Google1Our technician replaced the defective part with the new part. This allowed the oven/microwave to work, however, as the oven is cooling, there is a. “ Grinding” Sound as if a fan blade is hitting something as it turns. We made the technician aware of the problem and have to reschedule him to repair that. When you call Sears appliance repair service on the phone, there’s no Possibility of talking to a person. All that One gets is virtual assistant, which Cannot answer slightly complicated questions. This limits your ability to Communicate your problem effectively to the company. We will NOT be calling Sears Appliance Repair again.

Google10 stars would be more appropriate because Dwayne was no help. He was very combative, challenging every thing I said. He did not stay longer than 6 minutes. His solution to my problem was telling me im using the dry setting wrongly. I got so frustrated, I told him to leave. I had a technician that came a month ago and the experience was 10 times better. I was left feeling a victim of racism. Not a good feeling.

Google4I do wish my fridge would have been googled before to let the tech know parts were no longer available for my fridge that is only 7 years old. This could have saved him a trip and me 131 bucks and the fridge is not fixable bc sears went bankrupt and cant get parts anymore. Skylar was very nice but shame on sears for not asking for the model number bf sending someone out. Although i guess that is how they make money is on service calls since they cannot get kenmore parts
