U get what u pay for . Very high standards. I had a broken window replaced . The guy that did the work broke one of the strips off that hold the glass in place , a tiny piece of plastic . I asked if he could just caulk it he said he yep and did so . The next day he call me and said he wanted to come back a put a new plastic strip ( after i paid for the work ) did it for free and cleaned the entire window , and did it all while was at work . They coulda left well enough alone but took the time to do it right . I found out later the glass was energy efficient and insulated they could have put regular glass and i would have never know the difference. I was blown away and thats the reason i wrote this review
