Google5I can't express enough how splendid Best Mulberry Garage Door Service is. The repairman, Marc, was truly experienced, and he took the time to explain everything to me. He fixed my garage door, and now it's functioning smoother than ever. I will certainly be engaging with this company again in the future in Mulberry.

Google4Josiah, the garage door installer, was polite, well-informed, and effective. He clarified the necessary garage door repairs and completed the work promptly. He identified that the incorrect springs were installed on my garage door and swiftly made the necessary changes. It was indeed a positive experience with Best Mulberry Garage Door Service. I wouldn't hesitate to engage their services again in Mulberry.

Google5awesome work our doors took awhile since they are special order items. Although Manolo and Asher were great called me when outside gave them access to the door needing the work and they work done way faster than I expected. Doors works great now much appreciated.

Google1Will 100% take advantage of you if they get a feeling you don't know about garage doors. Who would, it's a niche trade. I was charged $2,000 for spring and roller replacement after my manual door came off the tracks. Research shows that spring replacement should be no more than $500 at the absolute upper end. The initial call was to fix the door being off the tracks, next thing I know, all of the coils are off the door, and I'm told they're no longer good and need to be replaced. At this point, I felt trapped since now my door was completely taken apart, and was shown a listing for springs on the technician's phone. $700/each. Given that at the time I didn't know what prices for springs were, I thought this was legitimate. This is clearly not, since the same springs I later found for $130/pair. They also then charged me $45 per roller, and replaced all ten of them. They then made the deal seem "sweet" by providing me with a waived labor cost. Needless to say, this is an outrageous amount of money, and this should not be taken lightly for future customers. Do not give them any business.

Google4Broken spring prevented us from getting out of our garage-tried the tips online and nothing worked. contacted for support and Sam came Professional, fast, and answered all of my questions. Great service and our "worst issue he's ever seen" got fixed in no time. Thank you again Sam and A+ Garage Door Repair!

Google5Received prompt work and friendly service. Bennett was great. Kept looking for the dilemma with the garage door opener. The original installer, refused to come back a second time to look for the problem. (door installed just 2 moths ago) Thank you much. Your company deserves the high ratings I saw on line.

Google1These are very dishonest people. They charged my 87 year old mother $600.00 for a garage door opener that cost $159.00 at Home Depot. On top of that $250.00 to install it. Then charge 3% for the total cost because they only take credit cards and make you pay the fee. So for $890.00 my mother has a new garage door opener with a worthless company backing it.The warranty is a bogus sticker with a different company's name. The receipt that was emailed to us is also a different company. Thought we would be nice and use a small business.. huge mistake. Learn from our mistake and run from these thieves.

Google5great work and price! They responded and were ready to come same day. repairman Philip was knowledgeable and he went above and beyond (repaired some wiring and replaced light bulb without me asking). recommend this company.
