Google5Ivo did a splendid job repair and replacement of the garage door system. He also lubricated the joints and the rollers and explained how everything works and the maintenance. Thanks again, Ivo! Highly recommended. 😊👍

Google1Ivo the owner of Fusion Garage Door seemed like a nice guy. However his business savvy was definitely lacking. He informed me that I needed a new motor on Dec 16th. He didn't install that motor until Jan 3rd (19 days later). I had to either call or text him for updates and on some texts he didn't even respond. On Jan 3rd when he installed the motor he never mentioned the delay. I asked him if he could program my keypad and he told me that the keypad was too old to work with the new motor, which turned out to be untrue. I reached out to Genie Garage Company and they told me how to program the keypad and now it's working. I also got rid of my warranty company since they knew of the lack of service that Fusion Garage Door was providing. I definitely won't use or refer them to anyone.

Google5Great service and professionalism! They came out next day and fixed the problem without trying to sell a new opener! Ivo was very quick and responsive! Definitely recommend their services!

Google5Ivo, the owner was very professional, honest and was able to fix my garage door opener quickly. 7-27-22, I'm changing my review to a ZERO! Ivo, told me if there were any problems w/in 30 days he would come back out. On 7/25, I left 2 messages that the opener was making the same sound before it broke down last time. Ivo, didn't return my calls or respond to the warranty co. This morning my garage door opener broke, & I was stuck in the garage. The new company technician assigned by the home warranty co., showed me the coupler Ivo replaced & compared it to a brand new one. It was obvious the coupler Ivo installed was either the old one from before or an used one. Not cool!
