Google5My garage door decided to retire one day early evening. I had prior experience with Rocket Garage and they were good. So I called them and they came to the rescue. They gave me a good price, and the next day I had a new garage door. They included a glass top panel and took the old door away. I recommend their services.

Google5I called for service on Sunday, I was scheduled for service later on that same day. No extra charge for Sunday's. Andre arrived at the schedule time and addressed every issue I had, explained fully no hidden cost and made sure it was 100% before the end of the service call. Thank you Andre, much appreciated! It's good to know I have a reliable company I can call on when it comes to my garage door. I will be scheduling them for future repairs

Google4If I had to rate them, I would give them 4.8 stars, as the finish and communication had some minor issues. Allow me to elaborate. I contacted Rocket Garage Door Services to replace the exterior garage door trim and the bottom sealer. They provided a quote over the phone, and I scheduled an appointment for the next available date. On the day of the service, Andre recommended replacing the rollers because they were old and starting to wear out. I agreed to the replacement, and he showed me how to lubricate the rollers and garage door for optimal maintenance, which I appreciated. The trim and bottom sealer were installed and appeared satisfactory upon completion. However, the next day, i noticed two issues: the left Exterior Trim was off by almost two inches, causing a visible gap, and the bottom garage door sealer was overlapped or bending on itself, causing noise, tear on the sealer and the sealer to not shut correctly on the same side of the issued exterior trim. The rest of the Exterior trim was perfectly flushed, and there were no issues with the other side of the bottom sealer. I tried contacting Rocket Door Garage services several times regarding the problem, but they were delayed in responding to schedule a date for service. Eventually after multiple attempts, they sent someone who wasn't affiliated with their company but was there to assist them. The individual attempted to replace the new bottom sealer with a newer one, but the one he had was too short. So he tried to fix the current bottom seal, but the efforts to resolve the issue were unsuccessful, causing a band-aid fix. They were able to replace the problematic trim, but it still wasn't completely flush like the rest of the exterior Garage Door Trim. However, it significantly improved, with only a half-inch visible gap at the top. I was relieved when the issue was resolved. However, I had to handle it alone due to past communication issues and didn't want to face the possibility of it happening again. As a detail-oriented customer, I wanted to avoid causing any unnecessary problems. I bought a new trim to fix the issue and removed the problematic section from the exterior garage door trim. I ensured it was correctly flushed to match the other side and stapled the problematic area of the bottom sealer to prevent it from overlapping or bending when the garage door closed. Finally, I added more nails to the droopy exterior trim, ensuring it was flush against the wall and didn't appear warped. I plan to use their garage services in the future. However, I hope they improve their workmanship and attention to detail so I can confidently recommend them to others.

Andre is very professional, personable and thorough right down to the last detail. Andre resolved all of the issues I was experiencing with my new garage door that was installed earlier this week by another company. It was so bad I didn't want that specific company to come back. I called Andre and I explained to him what was going on and the challenges I was having with the new door. He scheduled me in right away. Andre addressed every issue and made sure it was 100% before the end of the service call. My garage door couldn't be happier! Thank you Andre, much appreciated!
