Four man crew arrived at sunup and worked until sundown. Removed all siding materials and removed off site. Wrapped entire house. Added surface decking material before replacing old vinyl with a new, man made product guaranteed for life. Crew was so very dedicated to doing an expert installation with an eye on every detail. I’m very well satisfied and would recommend C&L to anyone thinking about replacing vinyl siding. I now have a brand new house! Thank you C&L!!

Our team from getting scheduled to consult, coordinated, and the installation team were all phenomenal. 5/5. We are very happy with our windows and their functionality but are a little disappointed our interior wood window trim wasn’t sealed with poly. Other than that, they look absolutely beautiful and we’re excited to work with C&L ward for future projects!

We love our screen door. Richard and his coworker did a great job with the installation. No mess left behind! They knew exactly what they were doing and got it done very quickly!

I will always hire C&L Ward, always..I highly recommend them. They show up on time, their work is professionally perfect. As a Skilled Transman who worked for GM for 40 years I know what a job should look like when it's done professionally. The man who came here to repair my roof fascia took his time and did an excellent job, his name was Chris. I am well satisfied.

Allen did a fantastic job! He was very professional and thorough. And we appreciated that he came out after a snow storm. Would have been okay to reschedule. We are very happy with the door and want to thank the C&L Ward staff in helping us with determining what was the most economic choice in replacing our door, helping us select the right replacement, communicating when parts were in, and scheduling.

I got a new sliding glass door with built in blinds. The product is very high quality and the instillation was a breeze! I was updated along the way when my door was being ordered, stained, and about when instillation would happen. The crew that came to install the door was very professional and knowledgeable about installing my door. I love my new door!

After having a service technician come out for my free estimate on two new storm doors, I paid my deposit and was emailed my receipt. Upon review of my receipt I noticed there was a "return trip fee 1.0" added to the invoice. I called CNL Ward to find out what a return trip fee was and talks to the service department. After them giving me all kinds of oddball explanations they finally told me it was a service fee to pay for fuel and wear and tear on their trucks. He said the fee was $40. I told him the wear and tear and fuel for their trucks is part of their business it's not for me to pay that fee to have them come and install two doors which I am paying $1,600 for after going around and around with the service technician he finally offered to remove the $40 return trip fee. Be sure to closely itemize your receipt or invoice to make sure something like this doesn't get added to yours.
