Customer service is non-existent. Currently the number listed in the profile is out of service. I've been trying to get a warranty issue handled for over 2 years. I guess they just want customers to move on and pay someone else to handle their failures.

I was able to get next day sevice for a complete hardware replace. They showed up when they said they would and were super professional. Hardware replacement was explained every step of the way leaving decisions to us. Prices were very reasonable and I highly recommend them.

I had this great idea that I could make a slight adjustment to the cable tension so the door would be level…yeah, that wasn’t a great idea after all. 😅 So I checked Google search for an overhead door company to fix what I had, uh…”fixed”. Overhead Door Co has an appropriate name for the desired service, so I gave them a call. They answered the phone promptly, listened to my predicament without laughing 😆 and sent a tech out very promptly. The tech fixed everything up, and it’s been perfect since! The charges were fair and reasonable, and we are super pleased with Overhead Door Co of Las Cruces, and as a real estate broker, I would not hesitate to recommend them to my clients.

I had my overhead garage door replaced by Francisco; he did an excellent job. His work ethic is beyond reproach as demonstrated through the removal of the old door, installation of the new one, all the way through cleanup and explaining the operation to me. He even helped spruce up my other doors when he saw they needed it. David, in the office, listened to our needs and helped us pick the best door for our needs. Overhead doors of LC is the place to go, hands down, for affordable, well made, door needs. Rest easy when you hire them.

I was warned about David and his work ethics. I went in about 2 months ago and was PROMISED twice within a week or two that I would have answers or product. Nothing yet. Customer service is not a priority for this company. Courtesy call back is not important to them. I will never use this company again and I recommend you don't either.

Everything worked just the way it should. I reported the problem 4/30/15, and a technician arrived 5/1/15 to a**** the problem. Another tech arrived Monday 5/4/15. Everything went as it should from the initial contact with the office staff through completion of the job including calling ahead shortly before arrival so I could secure my dogs. Services Rendered: Over Head Door Co. replaced my existing garage door mechanical and electronic parts. My old system was not working, and it was so old that parts were no longer available
