Google1Absolutely awful experience, DO NOT work with them. They came out, and charged $175 by the way when it's usually free, and promised a quote within a week. This is a QUOTE mind you, maybe 10-15 min of work. Fast forward 4 weeks later still no quote and after calling maybe 5 times update was always "there is no update". Avoid like the plague!

Google1Terrible customer service. I got two roll up doors that are side by side on my patio and they were not installed at the same height. I have been calling and trying to get them to come back and fix it for 6 wks now. They won't even call me back. Plus the doors were scratched and they said they would get me some touch up paint which I never got. I have a view of the Las Vegas Strip and these doors are up 90% of the time and you really notice that they are not the same height when they are up. I didn't pay for a strip view to have it lessened by mediocre installation.

Google1I paid to have C&M come out to repair a dock ramp and it was a disaster. Instead of replacing bad parts with new parts they put a band aid on the ramp and hoped for dear life that it wouldn't fall off. The work seemed kind of sketchy so I asked their employee if the work came with a warranty. After becoming upset that I asked he wrote on the work order that the work would be under warranty for 3 months. Needless to say his band aid fell off in 2 weeks. I called them back to come out and honor the warranty for the money we paid and their office manager coped an attitude and hung up the phone (total Karen). We still to this day haven't been able to get anyone out to fix what we paid for. After having their rude employee come out to our building, smoke his cigarettes on our dock, purchase tacos from a passing taco truck and eat while working I've decided to just take the loss and not have any of these people EVER step foot on our property again. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY is all I can say. If I could select a half of a star they wouldn't even get that. RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Google5Andrew and James have always helped us out a ton with our gates and garage doors. I don't usually leave reviews but I felt compelled to compliment these great techs. It's hard to find outstanding service like they have provided to us. They have always called me when on route and punctual. Thanks C&M.

Google5Nick was great. He addressed all of our issues efficiently and courteously. We have had many issues regarding our garage door and placed many work order requests through Invitation Homes in the last three years but the problem has always only been temporarily remedied. Nick not only fixed the problems but explained them clearly and helped us understand what to do and why. While professional Nick was also very friendly. I recommend his services.

Google5This company is one of Vegas best keep secrets in Vegas. QUALITY of work is second to none... Work ethic in hustle, if its not right they won't stop till it is.. Attention to detail is amazing. Very punctual and have always keep there schedule.. They probably have done 5 doors for me.. Tremendous communication skills they explain what there doing and what needs to be done. Prices are very reasonable...Adam W - Henderson

Google5My brother recommended C and M Garage Doors for a massive rebuild I was doing on my commercial building. I needed to add 4 17 foot doors and install dock equipment on 3 of them. C an M did a fantastic job for us and completed the job 4 days early. I could not be happier with the final outcome and the smooth installation.
