Google5Mercedes at Desert Vistas is Amazing (5 Stars) ! Me & My family needed somewhere to live ASAP . Within the time being we were able to get settled in sooner than we thought she handles everything with care & precision. When it comes to adjustments she is willing to work with you as much as she could very much helpful & understanding ! Great service 10/10 . Keep up the phenomenal work ✅🙌🏾

Google4Oscar was FANTASTIC, friendly, and definitely a professional staff member that can help you get started living here. I took off a star because of 2 main reasons. 1) Some amenities (like the main pool and the leasing office) look refreshing while others (like the gym, barbecue grills, mailboxes, and even inside the units) look a bit "antique" for my liking. This is merely a personal preference, but if you are looking for an upscale complex, you may want to see this property first to get your own opinion. 2) While most of the property is decently upkept, I can't help but point out the concerning amount of animal droppings that I saw on my tour. The amount of animal feces along with the exterior of the buildings (although I know that this complex isn't necessarily the newest) was unfortunately a "turn off" for me as I would prefer a property that is tidier. I also wanted to point out that it's roughly $50/month for a reserved covered parking spot with no garage options available. These things make me rather hesitant about signing a lease here. However, I will say that the apartments themselves look spacious and have decent appliances (though laundry could be outside and units may not have a microwave). Like I said, even though the units look "antique" in my opinion, there's nothing that some interior design and decor can't fix. Overall, my experience with the staff (Oscar) was fabulous and if you want a decent-priced apartment with more "antique" appliances — and if you don't mind how the amenities/property look — then I would do research on this complex and be sure to schedule a tour to see for yourself.

Google5I just received my lease on 12/12 and my experience was amazing! Oscar has been so attentive, polite, and supportive throughout this process. Fabi and Mercedes in the leasing office, are so delightful and kind. They even have Christmas gifts for the kids and a Santa Claus coming to Desert Vistas. Everyone here gives the best customer service! I love this team and I'm looking forward to living here.

Google5Ashley and Mercedes made my move-in process so easy and stress-free! They were super kind, welcoming, and really went out of their way to make sure everything was simple. The office has such a friendly vibe, and it made the whole experience feel comfortable from the start. Definitely appreciate the great service!

Google5Mercedes is the best ! Very professional and real! She’s worked with me and my bestie like no other complex has ! Beyond grateful for her. She showed us 2 apartments. The first one she knew we liked it but was ehh about it so she showed us another one and sold us on it. The whole process was very easy which made it not stressful at all. I’m happy to now call this place home. Thank you !

Google1The office staff was indifferent on issues we were dealing with. The office staff also took it upon themselves to leave or be present based on their own preference regardless of office hours (which made time sensitive issues aggravating). The grounds were poorly kept, the trash on site was constantly overflowing, animal feces scattered throughout the grounds. In the one year we lived there the back pool was never opened even though the office staff assured us it would be open “soon” never giving a date and consistently avoiding the question without directly addressing the issue. The images on the website as well as Google images for the complex show a playground for children, although there is no playground. When applying for an apartment a tour was not offered, on “photos” of the apartment. Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher as well as the drawers in the kitchen. Also during the application process I was assured “if you encounter an insect problem, simply inform our staff and we will add your apartment to our schedule!” However, as soon as we noticed a roach problem we reached out to the front office multiple times for support and they either did not get back to us or told us no. Zero out of five stars.
