Google5We had a fantastic experience with Green Valley Garage Doors LLC. Brannon was exceptional at explaining all the prices and options, making sure we understood exactly what we were getting. Zane, who handled the installation, was amazing! The installation was quick and seamless, and Zane’s patience in helping us set up our cars for easy access to the garage was greatly appreciated. Top-notch service from start to finish—I highly recommend them!!👍🏻

Google5From the phone call to the completion of the repair and service we were very happy with Green Valley garage doors. LLC. I explained to our extraordinary Service Tech Brannon that we plan on changing the store with a year, but it appears to have some broken parts and is making a loud noise when closing. He showed me the mini Broken hinges and said the rollers need to be changed and did that within an hour or so. Currently the door is working great. When we purchase a new door, I’ll certainly go with this company. Thank you Brannon.

Google5Outstanding customer service and superior installation quality. I contacted Green Valley on a Saturday evening for a quote to replace a broken spring. They provide a great price and perform the repair the next morning. Brannon is an expert.

Google5These folks did an amazing job and with all construction projects there’s always a few minor bumps along the way. They absolutely did fantastic job on a beautiful new state of the art garage door. Highly recommended and very pleased with my decision. The final product speaks for itself and believe me I am a super difficult client who has extremely high expectations and will settle for nothing but the very best.

Great response from them by their service representative Brandon. Great communication and service and all works good again. We can see why their reviews were very good and now they have one more 5 star review from us :-)

Outstanding service, price was competitive, workers were personable, they paid attention to details, helped me set up openers and did an overall outstanding job. I would trust these guys to do anything in respect to garage door openers, and garage doors.

BBB5Stellar Absolutely perfect experience through and through. My garage door broke, I was very worried since I had an estimate done by the other company which advertises on TV and it was out of control price wise. I went on Yelp to find an alternative, called, Robert picked up and came to my house the same day to help close the broken/stuck garage door and to assess the situation. Robert provided a short term repair solution and 2 alternatives for a full replacement. He explained everything extremely well (without that condescending attitude I typically get with male technicians). To top it off, their pricing was extremely reasonable so I decided to go with a full door replacement which was scheduled for the next day!! Robert just left after installing the new door; the quality of his work, his top level service, and the door itself exceeded my expectations. Robert went above and beyond, he is so professional, kind and friendly. I highly recommend Green Valley Garage. They turned what started as a very stressful situation into such a smooth experience. Thank you!!

Yelp1Updated as of 1/29/24 Just had another company out for a tune up and to change out the wheels. The tech discovered the motors bracket wasn't even screwed into a stud! This is why it would shake when the door would open all the way. Supposedly Green Valley Garage Doors checked "everything" and didn't find anything wrong when I asked him back. This new tech found it right away. He noticed it wasn't screwed into anything and almost every screw holding up the bracket was stripped.

Yelp5I reached to Green Valley Garage Doors as the springs on my old garage door broke. Brannon came to my house later same day to explain to me my options. He was very helpful and provided benefits of each option. Once I decided to move forward with a new garage, Brannon scheduled and came on time. He was prompt and was done earlier than he expected. I would recommend to anyone that needs a new door or parts.

Yelp5I can't recommend this business enough. They are honest and very helpful. I called Brian to request assistance programming garage door openers. Instead of simply quoting me a price, he offered assistance over the phone so I could do it myself. He advised that the remotes I had purchased weren't the correct ones and then sent me a list of recommended remotes to purchase. In short, his assistance saved me a service call and ended up costing the company business. I have rarely found a company willing to be so helpful. Thanks, Brian! I owe you one and if I ever need service from a garage door company I absolutely know who I'll reach out to.

Yelp1My garage door didn't go back up right way when it hit one of the kids bike tires. A friend Gave me the name of this garage door company and said they knew the owner and to let them know they were recommend. It didn't bend the garage door but there was a plastic piece in the middle of one of the panels that partially popped out. The technician shows up and looks at the garage and said he didn't know what the plastic thing was and then inspected the door. He told me that it was probably the motor on my garage door opener. I said it was a brand new garage door opener only a couple of years old. He then said he would adjust the garage door opener and lubricate the wheels and moving parts and charge me a hundred and twenty nine dollars and cut out the piece of plastic. He tells me I can go back in the house and then all of a sudden. I hear a crash. I go out to the garage. And all four panels of the garage are buckled. He said that it was broken and he had seen it prior but didn't say anything. He said my company expects us to upsell but I would never do that to you. I don't think he did it on purpose but I think he made an adjustment to the garage door opener and put something underneath it and it hit it. Had I seen something underneath it, I probably would have bought It was my garage door that did it. But he moved whatever it was. My car was still in the garage. Nothing was behind it and the door was down, But you could tell by the buckled panels in the garage that it had hit something. Now I have to buy an entire 4 panel garage door. Long story short twelve hundred dollars later and four panels later, I still have to buy a new garage door. He said he knew what color of the panels was needed and would be back to install them. When he showed up, he said I think they're all whitebut faded I said I don't care what color it is as long as it matches the rest of the garage doors perfectly. Because my association is a problem. Well, guess what I think I should've chosen my words a little bit better. Because I now I'm the only almond beige brown door in a community of white garage doors. I called the company and tried to speak to them. And the gentlemen, on the phone basically said it was my problem and he would call my association and talk to them. I told him that was not his place to call my association. He hung up on me. I live in a condo community and all the garage doors are lined up. Its impossible not to notice. He wouldn't even put the handle back on the front of the door. He said we don't do that. DO NOT USE reen Valley garage doors for anything. Because if they treat references like this, God knows how they treat Everyone else Bad bad bad company! BTW after reading the company reply, I'll add they lie too. Anyone reading this think twice, make that, don't think just move on to a reputable company who doesn't invent stories. It's also not for them to disclose veteran Status either. I was kind enough not to use his name, but you couldn't wait to disclose you gave me a veteran discount. Way to treat a gold star wife. Shame on you, for that and for making up stories. Your TECH lied to you and YOU DID HANG UP ON ME. I WAS NEVER ASKED FOR AN APPROVED HOA COLOR among other lies he told you.

Yelp5I asked them to come out and fix a broken spring on our garage door and to my amazement, they sent a technician out the same day. TySean showed up on time, was friendly and explained the different options I had. After I decided on the option i could afford, he began the work and was done in under 1 hour. All in all, the service was great, i would definitely recommend them for your garage door needs!

Yelp5As a first time customer, I called Green Valley Garage Doors on a Saturday at 11:18 AM. The job turned out to be to replace a broken spring. Everything was done by 1:45 PM on the same day. It took 2 workers about 45 minutes of labor once they arrived. The initial contact over the phone was very professional. The workers text you when they're en route so that you know they're on the way. The original spring was a small one inside a thin tube. The replacement spring was a hefty one that is exposed so that lubrication can be applied to it directly to prolong its lifetime. An aside: the emergency 24/7 number for the company that originally installed my garage door is who I actually called first at 10:55 AM - but that number only had a phone company message saying that the person at that line hadn't setup voice mail. To their credit, they actually called me back, from an unlisted number so I didn't know it was them until I listened to the message on my voice mail, but the call came about 5 minutes before Green Valley Garage Doors was done anyway.

Yelp5This company was great to deal with. Ozzie diagnosed the issue with the opener (needed a new unit) and gave me options for replacement. Came back two days later and installed a new one. Will call them in the future with any of my garage door needs and I would recommend them to anyone needed garage door service.

Yelp5Green Valley Garage Doors did an amazing job. Robert came out 45 min after I called and was so quick with the repairs. He replaced two springs on my garage door and had it working in no time. I also had him come back to install a new opener and he was here right on time and had everything up and running in an hour and a half. The pricing was also great. I will defiantly be referring all family, friends and clients to Green Valley Garage Doors.
