Yelp1My garage doors were starting to squeak & make other annoying noises [purchased the house new in 2017]. Wanted service, etc. Called multiple times on multiple days - phone just kept on ringing - no answering service or recorded answering ! Only reason why I called multiple times & days was their sticker was on my garage doors - hence my multiple calls ! I'll pass on this operator ! Can't afford an answering service or recorded answering ? ? ?

Yelp5I have got to give props where props are due. This is favorite garage door and gate company thanks to their amazing employee, Adrian. He's my fave technician and I'll be requesting him from now on. A while back, I purchased some amazing resin garage doors from Kaiser. One of the hardware pieces came off so I called Kaiser to come assist with putting it back on and I figured I'd have them serviced at the same time. Enter Adrian, who was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them and they will forever be my go to for all servicing and garage door or gate needs.

Yelp5Kaiser was very responsive to come out right away to give us an estimate for a new motor, installed it promptly and professionally the next morning at a reasonable price. Our neighbors also had good service and prices from Kaiser and recommended them to us. I highly recommend Kaiser

Yelp1Like some of the previous reviews , John Sangster was a no show ! No call! To my scheduled appointment to recode my gate for a pool inspection ! Texted him the day before confirming the appt and got a confirmation of "yes" you are scheduled and a follow up text the next morning with no response!! Had my wife wait all day at home with no courtesy of a call or text!! I know business must be good but at please don't waste people's time we false promises! Just be honest !!

Yelp1We moved into our new neighborhood about year ago and one of the houses got a nice new gate from Kaiser. Everyone wanted the gate so another neighbor got the contact info and it was John Sangster. He eventually came out and went to about 5 houses to measure for new gates. Apparently he never measured mine so he called me and said he was sending a guy out the next day to measure so I should text him address. No one came. I texted John and got no response twice. I was in no rush for the gate but he didn't even respond to me. Then I find out that he messed up some of our other neighbor's gates and failed to contact them as well. One of them he even showed up without notification to install a gate and never told them he was taking the old one. After all this some of us in the neighborhood still want this gate because it is so nice. I decided to email straight to the company for information and a quote. I have yet to get a response. This was all last year well before the Virus shutdown. Funny how as I am writing this, I see other reviews that John Sangster does not return calls. Apparently this is a whole company issue. They must have so much business that they don't need customer service!!!

Yelp1This company both here in Las Vegas and in Arizona are completely useless. There is no customer service and they don't stand by their word. I've been waiting for replacement garage doors since October 2019 (now January 2020) which I was told were ordered. You can not get updates or a rest turn call from John Sangster. Now after waiting for 3 months wAs told something completely different and this company is not doing what they said they were going to do. To spend $5k on 2 single garage doors you don't expect them to get warped by the sun/heat after 4 years. They're trying to place the blame on me for the color I choose to paint them, when I explained the color choice to John during the installation process. I will be happy to share the nightmare i've had with shady company if you would like to reach out further.

Yelp5My Husband and I have used KGDG now for many years, and for a couple of properties, and we have always had a great experience! They are honest, courteous, prompt, thorough, and do not try to up sell you. Our recent experience with their Technician, George, was FIVE STARS+! He followed up, called or texted on status updates, etc. I would highly recommend Kaiser to anyone who has an issue with their Garage Doors/Garage Door Openers.

Yelp5FANTASTIC... BETTER THAN FANTASTIC!!! My garage door wouldn't stay down. I had to put it on 'stop' to get it to close. When open it wouldn't go up all the way. As I had worked with KAISER on previous occasions, I called them once again. An appointment was set up for the next morning. I told them that I couldn't get my car out as the door would not open all the way. "What?? Car stuck in the garage?? Let me work on it & get back to you right away". Five minutes later, a call all from KAISER.... "Someone will out there in about one hour".. Twenty minutes later, a repairman showed up. The motor on the garage door was dead forever.. 45 minutes later... done.. I made my appointment due to their professionalism.. Decent price as well.. DON'T use anyone else.. You'll just be throwing your $$$ and time away.....

Yelp5We had 2 damaged panels that needed replacing. We quickly found out that nobody here in Las Vegas services Windsor Doors anymore, and was looking at a complete replacement. We called Kaiser and they found 2 in there Tucson office. They got them to Vegas, installed, and replaced some weatherstripping and saved us hundreds of dollars. They were very professional and courteous. Highly recommend them.

Yelp5Kaiser is the very best. Will never use any other garage door repair company again. Kaiser exceeded my expectations in a few different ways. I have two garage doors, one of which is much larger. The larger more complex garage door got stuck. I called another company to come out, a company that was highly rated on Yelp. This other company came out unprepared, rescheduled, then cancelled, rescheduled again, and oh, also tried to up-sell me on stuff I didn't need in the process. One call to Kaiser and the next morning John (manager) was onsite to assess. This is when I discovered that the other company was attempting to charge me over $1,000 in repairs and replacement costs that I didn't need. John was professional and exuded a high level of integrity. Zakray (service tech) was onsite shortly thereafter, repaired my garage door and at less than a 1/3 or the cost because he wasn't trying to up-sell me. This is an honest and reliable company. Don't search any further, this is the one. Call them and you wont be disappointed. Thanks Kaiser!
