Yelp1I used this service in Michigan in August 2023. i needed a manual lock replaced so I could open my garage door manually due to a power outage. When tech arrived he immediately tried to talk me into buying a new garage door opener system. when I told him I'm not interested he kept at it and tried to make me feel guilty or somethin...." You're just going to end up calling me back because your garage dooropener won't work. He finally put in a new manual lock. I was there the whole time and he did it all under 30 minutes. He told me the cost was $650.00.....for a part that costs about $25 and 1/2 hour of labor. I told him he was crazy if he thought he was getting that from me...wnet back and forth with him and asked him to Justify/break down his cost...he had the nerve to tell me that labor incl the time it took to get to my house...what a joke....he didn't realize he was Speaking to someone who wasn't going to be intimidated. He DID NOT get his robbery fee of 650 and got far less F you crooked company and tech.

Yelp1It's highway robbery . when we called the lady she didn't gave us any quote . The tech was on time but just to change the 2 springs he charged $250 for each spring and $200 dollar for labor . Total he charged me $700 dollars for the repairs which is ridiculous high . Be aware of them .

Yelp5Morris did for me a garage dore it was super professional and a grate clean job Morris himself is really a very nice person and very comfortable to work with
