Google5Mark did an amazing job fixing the garage doors at three of our homes—mine and both of my parents’. He was incredibly nice, very professional, and showed up right on time every visit. Everything was repaired quickly and works perfectly now. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend Mark to anyone who needs garage door repairs or service.

Google5Super thankful to the team at Pacific experts. Our technician was Mark and we had first received a quote back in May but were unable to proceed at the time. We reached out in an emergency (garage door stopped working completely) around new year and not only were they available around the holiday time, they also honored the original quote and got everything done per our needs. Super, super happy with them! Our job was a complete replacement of all garage doors, with new setup (motor, openers etc) and insulated doors with windows. When I say their quote was great, I mean it coz it was the best among 3-4 quotes we got. Highly recommended!

Google5Mark (the service guy) did a great job providing a free estimate and offering multiple purchasing options. Mark was respectful and worked well while providing the service. I appreciate that Pacific Experts Garage Door is available 24 hours and is a local company. I recommend Pacific Experts Garage Door for good service and reasonable prices. I did a little research on estimate cost for springs on google and what I paid was fair especially that it was a same day service call.

Google5Called for a quote in August but wasn’t ready. Called last week they honored my August quote and they did a helleva job on my house that was built in 1983. Work was completed in less than 6 hours. Highly recommended them

Google5Mark came out and was able to fix our garage door quickly and was a wonderful expert. The prices and options were very reasonable with excellent warranty options. Also grateful that the company offers military and veteran discounts. Very pleased with how everything went. Would highly recommend this company.

Google5Mark came out to address some issues with the garage door opening as it should. He put on another spring, replaced the rollers and lubricated everything. He was very pleasant and willing to answer my questions. Since we have just moved in I asked if he could reprogram the garage door opener, which he did. It was a very good experience. Google5These guys were great. I had an old garage door and motor that just needed to be replaced. I called them on a Friday, got an estimate that same day, and they came out Monday to do the work. Four hours later, I had a brand-new door. They were efficient, professional, and didn’t leave a mess behind. The person who did the estimate also took the time to walk me through all the options and gave solid recommendations. Overall, it was a great experience for a reasonable price about $2,800 for a new door, new motor, new tracks, plus new molding and trim installation.

Angi5One of the springs on my 2 car garage door broke last night around 8:30. With my car locked in the garage I had a sense of urgency to have this repair made so I consulted with Angie's List to find a trustworthy contractor to perform the repair. I submitted a request for a quote and Pacific Experts contacted me via the Angie's List messenger within minutes. We scheduled an appointment for 8-10am this morning and Eli called when he was an estimated 20 minutes out and he arrived a little before 9:00am. The required repair was obvious since the spring was broken. I have both springs on my large door replaced and he was done in 30 minutes. Thank you Pacific Experts for being able to make it out first thing this morning and for being fairly priced. Services Rendered: Spring Replacement

Angi3It initially went well. Work started late but the quality of the metal fence and great is outstanding. However, cleanup was poor and I had to finish picking up small cement pieces and cigarette butts in four places because the workman did not return as promised. Negotiations with Pacific resulted in a reduction of $300 from bill. We really like the work, but not the followthrough. I would hire again and will negotiate cleanup before they start. Angi5The day before the service call, the springs on one garage door broke. So, the arrival of the installers the next day, actually earlier than scheduled (although they called to let me know), was fortuitous. Not only were the springs replaced on both doors, badly needed on the second also, the rollers needed to be replaced as well as the water seals on the outside frames and on the bottoms of both doors. Only problem was that there was a problem a couple of days later with the programing of one of the wall units which indicated that there was too heavy of a load. I called and one of the installers told me that he would stop by the same day. Fortunately, the error message stopped showing as the installer never showed up. I did hire Pacific to install a new gate because I was impressed by their work. Services Rendered: Garage door openers replacement, fix doors, replace seals
