He took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand and made sure all my questions were answered before he left. Google5Discount Garage Repair is a GREAT company to work with! No BS! They answered call right away (talked to a real person) and listened to all my questions and concerns. A technician was sent right away to assess the situation, and then a free estimate was provided on the spot. After I received the estimate I had a few follow up questions and those were addressed right away and honestly. There was no upselling, and no pressure. I needed a new garage door and install occurred without any delay. Heck, they even said it could be done very next day, so another A+ for customer service. And then a HUGE shout out to Jose!!! Jose was the technician who provided the estimate and performed the install. What an awesome guy! Punctual, effective communicator, detailed, professional, and took pride in his workmanship. He never rushed, but rather checked over everything multiple times to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction. Thank you once again Jose! It was a pleasure to meet you!

Google5Needed the torsion springs replaced. The replacement was done by Jose of Discount Garage Repair. He did a tremendous job. He was very professional, explained everything thoroughly to my elderly parents and cleaned up after the job. Highly recommended.

Google5Excellent experience! I was able to get an estimate over the phone and a same-day appointment. The owner was super accommodating and communicative via phone and text. Jose came out to do the repair and was wonderful! He was on time, explained everything, went to work and was done quickly. We will be using them again fle sure. Highly recommend!!

We purchased a new door opener, and David came over and replaced the old one the next day. He is very very good. I would recommend him to anyone. There is no one better.

Yelp5Better than THE BEST!I We had an emergency a few years back and David came to the rescue. He was fantastic. I did not do reviews back then. Yesterday a part fell off the opener motor, yet it still operated. David came the next day. He suggested that after 16 years, rather than replace a part for over $100, we should go to Lowes, buy a new one for $200 and he'll install it for a very reasonable cost. Went to Lowes, received my 10% military discount and now thanks to David we have a brand new Garage Door Opener with a remote that also works via an app on my phone. David is a unique entrepreneur having a passion for doing his job and enJOYing the people he encounters. We suggest you try him, you will be amazed!

Yelp5David is awesome! My garage door fell off the tracks at 7 pm at night. I was in a panic both of my cars were trapped in the garage and I have a pregnant wife that is ready to give birth at any moment! I was put in touch with David and within 1 hour he was at my home. He took a look at my garage door and said he would have it fixed in no time! Sure enough 30 min later door was fixed. He also pointed out some things that weren't installed properly from before and he took care of that as well. He has over 30 years experience he has seen it all and there is nothing he can't fix!
