Brandon does excellent work and he is responsive. He arrives when he says he will, has many common parts on hand, and repairs/adjusts parts as necessary. He also explains what he is doing and why so the homeowner can make decisions about adjust/replace and be more knowledgeable about the work when it is complete. I strongly recommend On Trac Door KC. I've used them multiple times and have always been completely satisfied. Services Rendered: Repaired Chamberlin Liftmaster Pro opener. Replaced gear assembly, lubricated gears and chain, and adjusted chain.

I am extremely happy with his work and his professionalism. His is an out-of-home business and in the meantime, he is a full time fireman for Johnson County and is a volunteer fireman for Gardner. He was very efficient and did a good job with the install. He seemed like a nice guy. I think he is fair in his pricing and seems to be in line with what other people charge. Services Rendered: I used On Trac Door KC to install a garage door. I also used them to install an opener and a keypad for my daughter’s garage; it was a gift from me.

OnTrac is on target! Brandon was able to come out the day after I called, and had the new keypad installed in less than 15 minutes. I'm a very satisfied customer. Services Rendered: Installation of a wireless keypad for the garage door opener.

Could not be happier. Called On Trac on a Monday and made appointment for the following Thursday. Brandon was on time and extremely polite. Expectations were certainly exceeded! I didn't want to mess with replacing the springs myself and I thought the $125 quote was more than reasonable. The whole job maybe took 30 minutes and was worth every penny. Pleasant surprise! Services Rendered: Replaced broken spring on garage door. In addition to replacing the spring that was broken, Brandon replaced the spring on the other side of the door and then gave the door itself a tuneup.
