Review from Stephanie
BBB5There are not sufficient words to describe the work that ProCore Renovations, LCC did with my basement remodel. Family and friends cannot believe it is the same space. They have been truly amazed at the transformation as am I. Even after a month, when I walk into the basement, I still can't believe how beautiful the basement is and that I have the privilege of living in this space. Brian and Jay were incredible to work with. Their professionalism is outstanding. They always took time to listen and always had time to answer any questions I might have. In addition, their extremely high level of craftsmanship is present everywhere you look. I look forward to working with them again in the future. I wish that I could give them more than 5 stars!!!
Review from Michele A.
BBB5ProCore Renovations, LLC remains stellar in tackling all aspects of their work. I've contracted with this company for multiple projects, large and small, since buying my 40+ year old home in 2016. Brian ****** knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail are exceptional. His crew are equal in execution standard.

My most recent project with ProCore Renovations, LLC was a complete basement design and buildout. This project included the addition of a large window and a glass inset, exterior access door. Originally a base requirement to build the space to code, which we requested, we brainstormed with Brian to select elements that would bring an abundance of natural light into the space. We were not disappointed. Overhead, Brian installed ample recessed zone lighting. The entirety of the downstairs space no longer feels dark and cave-like. Prior to drywalling the space, the crew applied ****** to the pre-existing concrete walls because the basement had a history of water seepage. We also had them install new gutters. Previous work had been performed by ProCore Renovations, LLC to address negative ground slope, inclusive of backfill and the addition of French drains, and a review of basement plumbing. I'm happy to share three neighbors, of which we're aware, took water in their basements during a fairly recent, substantial rainfall, while our downstairs remained completely dry. Once again, Brian's meticulous attention to detail allowed us to confidently invest in creating our new space. Moreover, Brian found us paint that was anti microbial and VOC removing. During COVID and in a mostly underground environment, we were thrilled with these options. With the most recent project, we also added a large master bedroom that provisioned an abundance of built in, lighted, custom shelving, and hidden storage space. We are beyond pleased with the appearance and functionality of the finished result. Brian was fantastic in his vision of how to put every square foot of available space to maximum use. Our downstairs bathroom, for example, incorporates a sliding barn door on our rectangular, bonus room side to permit better placement of furnishings without obstruction. Our coffee bar area is a wonderful addition Brian managed to fit by setback of a natural hallway and relocating our washer and dryer. Our laundry room design was genius on Brian's part. By rerouting some plumbing and provisioning a new electrical service, he managed to move our washer and dryer to it's own room, with a door we can close. In addition, he managed to carve out space behind the new bathroom, where he added ample storage shelving for towels and other linens. At floor level, we have plenty of additional space for miscellaneous storage bins. Over the washer and dryer, he installed more shelving that allows us to have all our laundry products (and more) close at hand. ProCore Renovations, LLC had previously done work that included tearing up the concrete slab, running plumbing, and stubbing in our downstairs bathroom. The most recent project included creating the bathroom. I was most impressed with this room when finished. Brian created a gorgeous floating glass wall, walk in shower that has built in seating, shower caddies, grab bar, rain head shower, and hand held wand. He installed a substantial, floating sink cabinet against a faux stone wall that became the focal point of the room. Additional, stacked floating shelves were added to adjacent walls. He still managed to create a modest, open shelved closet for easy access of bathroom linens and cleaning products. Finally, we had ProCore Renovations, LLC build us a custom, wooden shed that well serves our needs.

There exist additional projects upstairs and exterior we are planning forward. ProCore Renovations, LLC has begun to experience a bit of wait time in their ability to schedule projects. They're not going to be able to get to you immediately for restoration work. No doubt, this reflects the loyal following the business has established. My recommendation for planned projects would be to get on their schedule. From extensive, personal experience in working with this company, they absolutely do show up and complete their work as promised. They also leave the work space cleaner than they found it. That's an added bonus. I would not use any other company for my renovation work. I unreservedly recommend them. If I could give this company more than five stars, I would.
