Google5I had a general contractor install a new garage door opener for me. He installed it correctly, but it wouldn't lift the door, and the door bound up. Great Plains came out and instantly knew the springs needed to be re- wound and oiled. The rails needs adjusted and door alignment eye adjust ed too. They did a great job of fixing and tuning up everything.

Google5Great Plains Garage Door in Elk City, Oklahoma is AWESOME!! They deserve 100 stars! They did an EXCELLENT AMAZING job ordering, delivering and installing our garage door. It is SO VERY beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Bobby, the owner, was recommended to us by our framer, so I called him and we did everything over the phone. It was SO easy. I texted him a picture of what we were looking to purchase. He quoted me the price and I was so excited because it by far beat anything I had found at other places. He is such a nice guy and SO sweet and friendly. I felt like I had known him my whole life. Needless to say, I HIGHLY recommend them! They will take GREAT care of you and install a top of the line, high quality, beautiful garage door! Thank you SO much Bobby for all your hard work and making me a VERY HAPPY customer! Google5Bobby came when he said he would and got me fixed up. I appreciated his explaining things. AND he put my truck in the garage! You can't beat that. I'm a senior with bad legs so I look forward to being able to push the button and park in my garage again. Give him a call!

Google5I highly recommend Bobby with Great Plains Garage Door in Elk City! After being unable to reach any Woodward repairmen, Bobby headed our direction almost immediately. He arrived when he said he would and went right to work. Our garage door was straightened out and in working order quickly. Fast, friendly service at its best! His pricing also seemed very reasonable. Thanks again, Bobby!
