Google5Even with having problems beyond their control earlier today, Will kept his word and sent Clay and another young man to replace my garage door opener. They did a fantastic job, cleanup was excellent. Both gentlemen were professional and courteous and also programmed our vehicles to new opener. Google5I would highly recommend Clay with Howard's Overhead Doors. I am a real estate agent and had a last minute issue that came up on final walk-through on Friday afternoon. We went to closing and then I made a phone call to see if/when they would be able to look at the issue since it was late Friday afternoon. Clay was already off of work and not in his company truck, but offered to go by and take a look at the problem within a couple of hours to see if it would be an easy fix or if parts would need to be ordered. He went by, was able to call another employee with their company that was close by to bring what he needed to do the repair and got the repair completed, all within a few hours of me calling him. I was impressed with his responsiveness and willingness to educate me on what the repair was and took to fix, all on a Friday afternoon when he was already out of the office. The price was also reasonable. If possible, I always like to support locally too! I will be calling on them in the future for any garage door needs.

Google5Great response time. The two men that came out to service my garage door were very professional and knowledgeable. We were told we would need a new motor/opener by a different company that would be $700+. After inspecting our garage door, they determined that was not needed at this time and adjusted the settings and garage door is back to functioning properly. They are very honest and will not sell you something that you do not need. Will 100% recommend them and will use them for any garage door needs in the future. Also, they quoted our garage door motor and installation for almost $300 cheaper than the other company had we decided to replace it.

Google5We needed an emergency repair on our barndo door so we could close it up before we filled with rain and snow. They came out within a few hours and fixed us right up. Polite and reasonably priced. So grateful!
