Angi5Great. The provider showed up at the time and day promised. He was very pleasant and got the job done in under 2 hours. It required removing and disposing of our old wooden door which was very heavy. The price was very reasonable and there was no heavy sales pitch. We wanted a new, lighter well-insulated door for a two car garage and that's what we got. Services Rendered: Replaced our garage door and all braces, etc.

Angi5The guys at Raynor did a great job working on my garage door. They came out twice to trouble shoot and believed they had taken care of issue on first try. Door worked ok for a couple of days then started acting up again. Called back for additional appointment and they were very responsive to my request. They came out second time and replace photo eye's on door and that took care of problem. They apologized for the extra time to fix the issue, but honestly the door worked fine after they adjusted on the first visit, but they didn't charge another service charge for 2nd visit. I will definitely use them again and refer to my friends. Services Rendered: Repaired garage door that wouldn't close due to obstruction sensor fault.

Angi5Everything went great..... the entire installation was completed on time..... the installers (Carl Sayre and Glenn) did an excellent job and were so gracious explaining the new doors and how they operate . They did a great job and once finished they cleaned up the area, hauled away the old doors and the Garage hasn't looked this good in over 50 years ! The new doors made a world of difference ! I would highly recommend Raynor Garage Doors of Lexington (Raynor Door Authority Of Lexington ) for their product quality, personnel professionalism, pricing and installation quality. Great job in all aspects of the project ! Services Rendered: Received general information by phone from Raynor Garage Doors of Lexington on my needs for two new garage doors by very courteous customer service personnel. . This was followed up the next day with a scheduled appointment by a Representative (Troy Walls) who re-measured the doors needed ( I had received the wrong information on the door size needed by two other installers during quoting) Troy did a thorough job of measuring and checking out the wood trim in the work area to make sure there would be no hidden problems. We talked over the cost of the new doors, locks, remove and haul away of old doors ....etc. He was able to give me a total price of everything...... in writing so there would be no surprises later on. I was very pleased with Troy's professionalism, fairness, accuracy and honesty and signed a contract for the job to be completed by mid July.

Angi5Excellent! Services Rendered: This will be a two part review as I am awaiting installation of my garage door. However, after three meetings with three different garage door companies I was the most impressed with Raynor. Mark was incredibly informative, experienced, and honest about pricing and even showing me in detail why my present door has problems and where they exist. He was not a hard sell technician. The others were. I'll write again when the door has been installed.
