Google5Excellent workmanship on a complete porch rebuild (footer to roof). The team was very accommodating with respect to schedules, deadlines and requests. I would not hesitate using K and M for any of my projects!

Google5K&M Contracting has completed both a total replacement of our front porch and completely redoing a leaking flat roof. Even before the work was started the communication was excellent. I knew what work was going to be completed, the cost, and when it was to be completed. Any questions I had were answered promptly, professionally, and clearly. When it came time for the work to be accomplished, the crew was beyond professional. They took time to make sure I understood what was being done and they kept me informed along the way. The work turned out excellent and it gives our house a new look while also keeping the aesthetics of a 100 year old house. We expect to use K&M again for future work. They are a company that is reliable and professional from the top to bottom.

Google5I would very highly recommend KM Contracting for any of your home renovations. We had new windows installed. They came out in a very timely manner for a quote on what the cost would be and installed them in good time. The crew installing did not leave until everything was installed and finished. Very happy with the results and highly recommend them for any construction projects.

Google5After sending them the room dimensions, I had an estimate within a day. The price looked high to me initially, but the adage “you get what you pay for” applies here. It was a large ceiling repair, retexture and repainting job. We had an appointment within a week after I sent the deposit. Their drywall folks and painter were friendly, professional and very, very good. The entire job was done in two days, and our ceiling looks fantastic. Worth every penny! Highly recommend.

I had a better than expected experience, Mark listened to everything I wanted to ensure I had a proper and fair quote, the crew showed up every day on time, was very professional, and cleaned up after every work day. I appreciate K&M's attention to detail while installing my flooring and trim. I highly recommend them for all of your home improvements needs!!
