Google5Wonderful service, they didn't think they could get to us on Tuesday but finished early and came right over and were done fixing door in an hour. Price for work is extremely reasonable, was amazed actually at how reasonable it was. Thank you, we will definitely be calling you for all our garage door needs in the future.

Google5I called them on a Tuesday morning at 7:45. I was at work and didn't think they would say they could come the same day. But they could and asked if I could just leave a back door unlocked.i also had to leave car keys for car that was caught in garage because spring was broken. They moved car, left keys, and locked up after. Even called to let me know they were done and that house was locked up. WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Google2They only reason they even get a 2 star is because the work was done. The guys that came out were quick, they got the work done correct and the garage door spring replaced. The owner on the other hand, the man that calls you on the phone with threats to come to our house and a nasty attitude is terrible business and shouldn't be aloud to touch a phone or talk to customers. Yes they sent me a bill and yes I did forget to pay it for a few weeks due to me having a high risk pregnancy. I called him and told him this and apologized still nasty on the phone. I went into labor early with complications and was in the hospital, he was still calling and leaving nasty voicemails, it was so bad to the point where I made my husband leave the hospital as I was not in good shape to just go pay him to get him to stop. I will never again call them, I will tell anyone who asks to beware of there terrible customer service and the owner, and highly recommended they look else where for help with any of there garage door needs.

Google5The spring in my garage door broke. I called them in the morning and by the following day 8am they had come and replaced it. The Technicians were fast and friendly! The cost was well within what I expected it to be.

Google1Got an estimate for a repair, but then waited weeks to be put on the schedule to have it completed. They kept telling me the guy who does the scheduling would call me, but he never did, and I kept having to call back to remind them I was still waiting. Finally they told me they were too busy and to find someone else to fix it. Wish they'd told me way sooner, as it would probably be done by now.

Google1Tried calling to get a repair on my door opener and was met with nope dont service that brand with no other options??? What company doesnt give suggestions and just writes off a customer within seconds....very poor business ethic...

Google5The overhead spring broke on my garage door. I called at roughly 9:30 am to schedule an appointment and before 11:00 am my door was fix. Great service. Will contact and recommend in the future if services are needed.

Google5My garage door spring broke and when I called Wagner Overhead door service she scheduled me asap. They showed up on time and it took approximately 30 minutes for him to have my new spring on and everything working. I was totally amazed at how knowledgeable and professional the service man was. These people have my vote !!!

Google5Wagner's installed 2 garage doors at my home. The 2 man crew was on time, wore monogrammed uniforms, were polite and informative. My doors seal very well. The doors really set off the other work we've done at our house. Wagner's is top-notch and first class from estimate/ordering to final installation. Stating I am extremely pleased is likely understating. Very thankful I chose Wagner's. I rate them 11 out of 10. Highly highly recommend.
