So happy with the work Dan did. I had a door that was discontinued and so there were no parts available to replace the plastic hinges. Dan came out one day, gave me a quote, and then came out the next day to install. Very quick, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Called on Sunday at 12pm because my garage door wouldn’t open all the way. They sent Dan and he was there by 12:30. He was very honest and pointed out all the things that had to be replaced. When I looked at all the old rusted parts, I had no doubt Dan was telling the truth. He even called few hours later after repairs to check and make sure everything works fine. If I ever have issues again I will call Superior!

Buyer Beware! The owner Adam charged me $1800 for a Liftmaster LJ8900W plus $500 labor which included removal of the old one. When I got the actual model number to check on, I found that it could be purchased for as little as $400. He made no significant attempt to actually diagnose what was wrong, just told me it needed to be replaced. He required half up front to "order" the unit and set an appointment for the next week to have it installed, and I paid $1150 plus a 3% credit card fee. They texted early the next morning saying they had it and could they install today? I agreed, and after the tech Paul installed the unit but left that day unable to get it to work and said someone would have to come back. When I finally got them back to fix the issue, I was told it wasn't strong enough and needed an overhead one for $4700. I told him we couldn't do it, take the wrong one back and refund me. I had to file a dispute with Visa because they won't take my calls or return calls from messages left and no refund was issued. Had a different company come out and they found nothing wrong with my original opener, just a break in the wire that runs from the wall control to the opener. I had to pay them to replace the wall control also because Paul took that with him the first day when he did the install.

I had a spring replaced. I was charged over 700.00. The invoice did not show part price or labor cost. Nothing was shown. After having another company to replace garage door motor, they were shocked at the invoice given to me and what I paid. ************************************** *************************************************************** *************************************************************** *************************************** *************************************************************** ************************************************ ********* charges 300. ********************* 300. ************ 250. I explained what other companies charge and they told me I was trying to black mail them. Shady company!
