Google5The spring on my garage door broke last night and I was unable to get in. I called a business whose name I knew and whom I used before. They said they would get me in today but then called this morning to say it wouldn’t be until Monday. Not being able to even open my door that wasn’t going to work for me so I googled and found Ed. He was knowledgeable, professional, had fair prices, was able to work me in same day and didn’t charge me crazy fees to do it and most importantly, he fixed my garage door perfectly! When he recommended a new wheel because the bearings were close to going out on the old one, it didn’t feel like he was trying to upcharge me for something I didn’t need but that he was genuinely trying to help my garage door situation. He even fixed something the other guys “fixed” last time they were there. If I ever need another repair for my garage door, I’m going straight to Ed and you guys should, too!

Google5Ed came out pretty quickly on Saturday of New Years weekend, got our damaged door taken apart so we could move our cars. Fast replacement, great customer service, very reasonable pricing! I highly recommend Ed, especially if you live in Maumelle and like to support our local businesses!

Google5Ed was prompt and did a great job replacing my garage door opener and the weather stripping around the door. He was very helpful when I needed the rotten wood trim replaced around my garage door by recommending someone he knows who was also very dependable and prompt, as well. Very happy with the quality of his work and his knowledge. Will definitely hire him again.

Google5I posted on a city page that my garage was acting funny! Not only did Ed reach out almost immediately, he allowed me to call him later at night, diagnosed the problem over the phone and was at my home by 3:30pm the next day and my garage door was fixed by 4pm! He was very fair in price and amazing to work with! I will definitely be reaching back out to him in the future!!! Highly recommend!

Google5We called Ed on a Monday for a quote to replace the panels on our door. He was at the house less than 2 hours later to take a look. We got a couple of quotes from other companies around Conway and Ed came in almost $500 less than theirs. He came out on Wednesday (in the rain no less) and had the door finished in less than 3 hours! He was prompt and very efficient. I highly recommend giving him a call for any garage door needs! He's great!
