Google1We had a service call today at Bill's Lock and Safe and this company failed to disclose the service call prices prior to coming out. The owner was shocked when he discovered it was a $313 charge and nothing was fi xed.

Google5I had the original wooden doors on my 1972 home. The Overhead Doors manager gave a fabulous price on replacement doors - so much so that I opted for insulated doors/windows. the installation itself went smoothly. however, we realized as I was inspecting the work that the track was too low on the side where my access door to the house was and blocked me from opening it. I called the manager who immediately came to the house and apologized for his oversight. he did a temporary fix to allow me to use the door and ensured a different track was installed in a timely manner to allow use of the garage door - all at no extra cost. I love my new doors and really appreciate the company staff's professionalism, accountability, and dedication to providing excellent service with great products.

Google5I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Overhead Door. The customer service was outstanding—some of the nicest, most helpful people I’ve ever dealt with. I came in needing a few parts, and not only did they take the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed, but they went above and beyond to help me out. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their work. It’s rare to find service this good these days. Highly recommend!

Google5Had a good experience with this company. Prompt, communicative, affordable, and about to help within about a week. Tim, the service technician was very informed and experienced, and didn't mind explaining his rationale for the services he performed. That's talent! Recommended if you have any issues with your garage door.
