Google5Technician today, 11-12-25, was excellent. He was very thorough and helped clear all the frozen ice in our freezer diligently. I would use him again if I need someone in the future. The total paid is for initial visit by a different technician and for today’s fee combined.

Google5Dylan was finally able to repair our dryer. Your company should be very proud to have employees like Dylan. So I give him the 5 stars. On another note, i would give your company 1 star. I would appreciate being able to contact your company. There are no phone numbers listed and to communicate you have to use an AI bot. I did have an unfavorable experience with one of your technicians. Luckily, Dylan is knowledgeable and was able to finally resolve the situation. I dealt with your company for over 3 weeks and had 5 service calls. Ridiculous. (Your company was providing the warranty work on my dryer.) If you would like to know the details, you are welcome to contact me. It’s unfortunate I was not able to communicate with your company.

Google1The service tech installed the new part, but left without testing the oven. Now after turning on the oven to preheat, it pops and trips circuit breaker. Please advise and return the tech. Is there a number where we can reach a real person to talk to????

Google5They arrived very quickly on the same day. Technician was extremely courteous and went straight to work when he found the results. He came out and explained everything very thoroughly.. he only did the diagnostics but did not perform a repair on the GE profile washer dryer combo.

Cleanup was swift and complete including disposing of old door and track.. The new door is extremely quiet (direct-drive), and one follow-up call for a minor adjustment was most professional. I would highly recommend SEARS for this work to anyone in the future. They were cost-competitive, innovative, professional, and used top-quality products. Services Rendered: Sears installed an AMARR hurricane-rated 2-car garage door with outside opener and new heavy-duty track. Installation was complex due to main support beam running across garage, requiring side-mounted direct-drive opener with outside remote. New heavy-duty track was installed along with new / strengthened support beams / mountings.
