Google5Exceptional Service and Professionalism The representative I spoke with was extremely helpful and kind. Although my specific inquiry was outside their scope of service, they went above and beyond to assist me. They provided excellent guidance and helpful leads, which they were certainly not obligated to do. This level of dedication and exceptional customer service has made a strong impression. This company will be at the very top of my list when we require a new garage door or repairs in the future.

Google5This review is for our installer Isiah Diaz. Isiah removed a damaged garage door and installed a new one in a single day by himself. He had to drive back to the shop for parts that were ordered wrong and also adjusted my bill for parts that were ordered and were not needed. Aside from doing that with a great attitude and communication, he did a fantastic job on the door installation. Very professional and a pleasure to work with. 5 stars for Isiah.

Google5Bought our garage doors when building our house over a decade ago. Over 10 years & cycling through so many openings & closings we’ve needed basic maintenance. Even after 10 years they were still under warranty. Quick to respond & great customer service. Great group of employees as I just had Aiden, Jack, & Royce stop by yesterday to o warranty some springs.

Angi5I'm reviewing A1 garage doors- I'm not sure if it is this company. The tech arrived on time, checked out the door and determined the gear had to be replaced it. We then tried and it worked fine. Services Rendered: The garage door would not rise.

Angi5I was so impressed with the prompt service received by Advanced Door. The serviceman Tyler was very professional and clean cut. He knew exactly what to do and had it fixed in no time. Brody, the technician who came to service our call was friendly, professional and thorough with the diagnosis of the problem, estimate, and repair. He further diagnosed the cause of the damage and remedied the initial problem so that this failure wouldn't happen again. Based on our experience, would recommend their services and will use them again in the future! Two thumbs up! Services Rendered: We needed a repair on a failed cable & tube that pulled the garage up or down.

Angi4The tech arrived on the same day I contacted Advanced Door but, didn't have the replacement part and suggested we went with another type/brand of spring sets. I agreed to the replacement. I had to call Advanced Door to find out if and when our work was scheduled so I could adjust our time to be home. I never got a call until the tech was on the way but I was not home. That added three more days to the work. When James arrived, the work went quickly and he made additional adjustments to the door opener chain drive that made it work smooth. The price was reasonable and I'm happy. Would hire them again. Services Rendered: Replaced the spring set on our double door.

Angi5Excellent. Technician showed up quickly, explained options to fix my doors, was in and out in less than an hour. He did not attempt and hard upsell, but did point out what could happen with the spring, and what that would appear like and what to do when it were to happen. For this service, he replaced all the rollers and lubricated everything else. The doors work great! Note: price included a discount to honor my pre-paid Angie's promotion.
