I described the problem over the phone, the owner said he had springs available and would have a technician call me. He called that very afternoon and wanted to come by that evening! I said it was not an emergency and did not want to pay for an after hours call. He said he was paid by the job and could be here by 6:30 that evening. He arrived on time. He did the job; he never came in through our home, entering and exiting through the garage. He even knocked on the door from the garage to the house when he needed to talk to me. We actucally paid what had been quoted! Services Rendered: We had to replace the large, heavy-duty spring that allowed our two-car garage door to open. Without this spring, we were not able to use our garage door opener, let alone lift the door manually.I called Cache Valley Doors, as they were the original installers. The owner knew exactly what I needed. The main spring for the door had to be replaced.
