One of the springs broke on our garage door trapping the car in side I called David again and he came that evening and put a temporary clamp on the spring so the door would function till he could get the new pair of springs on the door it did take him a few days to get the part as he was doing the work after the day job. This is not the first time I have had dave work on my Garage door.
