My garage door spring broke and the door was stuck, Roger came out and gave it a quick check about 1/2 hour after I called. Gave me a rundown on what was going on, and how I could improve my current set up. The service tech came out later that day, and was fast and courteous. Thanks for the great service

Called to get a quote from DoorMaster of Logan and some one came out to my house. He called me the next day with a quote for parts and labor. I said let's do it friday and he said he would check his schedule and get back to me. It's 2 months later and he never got back to me. I'm not sure if this is typical in their business but for me, at least, I would not do business with them. Terrible service before the sale almost always means even worse service after.... Be warned

The tension spring broke which made it almost impossible to open my garage door manually. Doormasters had replaced the spring on a different door so I called them. Roger was very helpful and professional. Once the spring was replaced, he took the time to lubricate all the panel hinges as well as adjust the lift and close settings. Do: Call doormasters Don't: Try to replace the spring yourself Services Rendered: The tension spring was replaced and technician lubricated all the door hinges as well as adjusted the open and close settings.
