Had them install a new garage door at my shop 7 Months ago and the door is is raising lop sided been calling them for 2 months now for service and no call back now I have a mouse problem because of the gap on the right side off the door to the floor I guess the owner does not care the nice lady on the phone keeps telling me she is giving him the messages!

Poor customer service. I had my garage doors installed by Star and they told me I have full 1 year warranty. Before 1 year, my door broke again and they refused to come and fix it under warranty. It's not even a difficult job because the door needs minor work.

We were in the market to replace to 30+ steel doors on our home. Had a bunch of folks come and look and give estimates. Knew it would be an expensive job but wanted it done right. Heard about All Star from a colleague at work. They did not disappoint. They gave a reasonable estimate and shipping time of materials. Parts arrived early and we scheduled the job. The techs from All Star arrived on time, were friendly, knowledgeable and the end result is a happy home owner. Highly recommend.

He was very knowledgeable & showed me brochures with a variety of different doors. He was very professional & patient! THIS COMPANY IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. WHEN INSTALLING THE GARAGE DOOR, THE EXISTING FRAME WAS DAMAGED. THE DOOR FELL WITHIN THE WEEK. WHEN I CALLED THEM BACK AND SAID WHAT HAD HAPPENED THEY APOLOGIZED, BUT DID NOT OFFER TO FIX ANY OF IT. Services Rendered: THEY INSTALLED A NEW STAINLESS STEEL GARAGE DOOR.
