Google5Shellies is the best her customer service is incredible she helped me got my order which was 6500. Nobody was in the store to help me but I braced her and she helped me with my order. I want to tell her thank you so much car, incredible customer service people like Car makes us wanna come back to the store

Google4Well organized and somewhat well stocked, the area that sells small packs of screws and bolts needs better organization. Good selection of items. Returns desks need more associates

Google5My experiences with Home Depot can honestly be hit or miss, and I understand that stores are often short-staffed. At times, it can feel hard to get help, and the experience isn’t always the most welcoming. That said, this visit was a really positive exception thanks to a kind associate named Lalita (or something very close apologies if I’m misspelling it). She was incredibly attentive and patient while helping me figure out the right flooring vinyl. Even though the cutting machine was down at that location, she took the time to do all the measurements and math for me, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt prepared before heading to another store. She even checked inventory for me in advance. Her willingness to go above and beyond made the entire experience so much smoother and genuinely appreciated. Customer service like that makes a big difference.

Google3I saw they had a sale for a battery powered circular saw and I said cool I'll get that, some clamps and other stuff. Go in, "You can't get it in person you have to order it online. It should be ready in an hour." Okay that's kind of annoying but fine. Order made around 0930. Come back at 1230 and they only have the clamps ready. Where's the saw? They don't know. Who was working on that order? They don't know where he is. Okay manager looks, saw is on a pallet and won't be available for another hour. I take the clamps and canceled the rest.

Google5We want to give a huge thank you to the incredible team at Home Depot Long Island City for their partnership and support in helping to beautify our school community! Their hard work and dedication have brightened up the front of our school buildings for our families and staff to enjoy. We enjoyed working with the Home Depot Long Island City team at our Elementary School in Woodside this summer and our Middle School in Astoria this fall. A special shoutout to Hokychie, Omar, Rene, Jordan, Yamira, and Rose for being so helpful, creative, and easy to work with. Their teamwork made our school fronts more colorful, vibrant, and welcoming for our students and staff. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of pumpkins at our Middle School for the fall season! You guys are truly special and the AoC Community is grateful for your hard work.
