Angi5Christiansen Garage Doors did very good. I'm very happy with them. I checked with Home Depot and Lowe's, I think they gave a very good price, it might not be the cheapest but the owner is the one who did the work so he cares about the work. It is a good company to recommend. I had some issue with the door and then he came back in a couple of days, no nonsense kind of thing, he came and fixed it. Services Rendered: I had my garage door replaced.

Angi5They were really good and they did a good job. They were willing to come and look at the door for free to give me an estimate. They did the work and it was a good job. They did it pretty quickly as well. Services Rendered: I used the service of Christiansen Garage Doors to replace my garage doors in July.

Angi5Very good. Services Rendered: One of the best in the Southbay. John Miller and his nephew Nick installed our new 24 gauge non insulated garage door which included a Liftmaster 3800 side mounted opener. We have a detached garage so insulation is not needed. When I called him back a few weeks later to repositioned the safety sensor because it got direct sunlight in the morning, he came back and promptly fixed it. Very professional, courteous and good after sales service with reasonable price. What else do you need ?

Angi5Everything was great. Their prices were the best of my three bids, and they repaired my garage door opener at no extra charge because it was a simple repair. They were professional and punctual. They went above and beyond, and I was very happy with their work. Services Rendered: They repaired the springs on my heavy garage door.

Angi4I called at 9am to schedule an estimate. They were available and wanted to schedule right away with a window of arrival between 9:30-11am. It was wonderful that they were available right away, but I had to leave the house at 10:30. The gentleman stated he would arrive closer to 9:30, so I agreed to the immediate appointment. They arrived at 10:20, knowing they had only 10 minutes to evaluate the problem and do the work if I agreed. They stated that the only problem was a lack of lubrication, primarily on the ball bearings in the main housing unit of the opener. I agreed to the amount and they proceeded with the work. It took about 7 minutes. Then they decided part of the problem was/might be the face of the center track being sticky - so they asked me for some paper towels and use them to wipe the track off. They were nice enough. Professional, polite. If i come across the same problem in the future I would absolutely do it myself - $70 was too much to pay when I already own the lubricating spray and the paper towels. I didn't appreciate that they came so close to the established deadline, I would have preferred a later appointment as opposed to their assumption that it was a 5 minute job. Services Rendered: Lubrication of the center track and ball bearings, cleaning of the face of the center track.

Angi5Everything went fine - they were prompt and did what they said they would do. We have had no problems since and I would definitely use them again. Services Rendered: We had a short in the garage door system. They ended up replacing our indoor button in the garage, as well as lubricated and balanced the door.

Angi5John was able to diagnose problem over the phone quickly but couldn't find the broken part after calling Genie and being told the part was no longer made. I did a little googling and find it easily from a company in Ohio and saved my self having to buy a new door opener. Services Rendered: Replaced broken part in garage door opener.

Angi5Excellent experience. Easy to reach. When a message was left, calls were promptly returned. They showed up when promised to make measurements and showed up the following day, to replace the springs. They called all my contact numbers, to let me know when they would show. While replacing the spring, they noticed they left side cable was badly frayed and replaced it for a minimal charge. Prompt, professional and friendly. Services Rendered: Replaced broken spring and frayed cable in roll-up garage door.
