They are responsible to we will use them again. The garage door works fine, and it locks up. Their price was average. They were there when they said they would be and they did what they said they would do. Services Rendered: I used CostCo. They installed a new garage door.

I was impressed by Costco's responsiveness. My appointment was scheduled for within a few days of my call; the sales woman arrived on time; explained the products and choices; and wrote up a clear, detailed estimate. Services Rendered: I wanted an estimate for a new garage door and opener for my home in Glendale.I had a second estimate, which was a little less, and was a small business. I decided to help out the small business, plus save myself $200, so I did not hire Costco.

THE PEOPLE FINISHED THE JOB AND IT LOOKED GOOD WHEN IT WAS DONE. USUALLY WHEN SOMEONE IS A PROFESSIONAL THEY KNOW WHAT TO BRING WHEN THEY DO THE JOB. HE FORGOT A FEW THINGS AND HAD TO GO BACK AND GET THEM. HE FINISHED AND FORGOT THE MOTOR. Services Rendered: THEY TOOK OUT THE OLD GARAGE DOOR AND THEY PUT IN THE NEW GARAGE DOOR THAT WAS AUTOMATIC. THEN THEY HAULED AWAY OUR OLD DOOR.
