Google5A neighbor down the street mentioned how happy they were with their recent repair so I gave them a call when our cable started fraying. Marcus lived up to the hype and fixed the alignment issues that have been bugging us for months. He was super respectful of the space and even pointed out a small crack in the bottom seal I hadn't noticed yet. Definitely passing his name along to the rest of the block if they run into trouble.

Google5I backed into my garage door like a complete idiot and thought for sure I would need a total replacement. Marcus came over and worked some serious magic to get the tracks aligned and the panels looking decent again. It’s such a relief to have a functional door that doesn't get stuck halfway up. I called around and Marcus was able to swing by way sooner than I expected to check out the situation. He figured out it was a snapped spring pretty much instantly and had the whole thing fixed and running smoother than it ever has before he left. Definitely ask for Marcus if you're in a jam because he knows his stuff and didn't try to upsell me on parts I didn't need.

Google5The motor on our old opener finally gave up the ghost after fifteen years of constant use. Marcus came out to install a new belt-drive system for us and it is so quiet I can barely hear it from the kitchen. Marcus really knew his stuff and even helped me get the app set up on my phone so I can check if the door is shut from work. The whole experience was seamless and the upgrade was definitely worth the price.

Google5I could not get the garage door to close all the way because the sensors were acting completely haywire. Marcus arrived and realized the tracks were actually slightly bent from the heat. Angi5I was very impressed that Dream was able to help me immediately - I had feared we would be going to sleep with an open garage door. Not good! Avi called to give us about an hour's warning, and was here on time. He was friendly and informative. He got the job done in about an hour and cleaned up as if he had never been here. I would certainly use them again, though would check their prices against a non-24 hour vendor if it weren't an emergency. I have no basis for comparison. Services Rendered: We had an urgent matter with our garage door - something went awry with the cable and the door was stuck open. We needed a 24-hour service and called Dream at about 4:45 pm. They were able to send someone out in the next few hours and the door was fixed before the end of the day.
