Google5My gate needed servicing at a time I could not be at home, Ovi technician examined my gate and assured me he can fix it, parts had to be ordered and he fixed the next day. I stressed to fix same day. Ovi said I didn't have to be home for him to fix it. A man of his word. When I returned home the gate worked perfect. I was very satisfied with his work. I would recommend to others. Thank you Marcella

Google5We Love these guys! River came out for an estimate and was as reasonably priced as other estimates, but he was more responsive to questions, caught a few extra things that needed to be done and was very friendly. He also dropped his price a little to match a slightly lower estimate. His crew was so fast and efficient I barely knew they were here. And the new garage door is great!

Google5Garage Doors 4 Less provides great service at a reasonable price. Their entire staff is courteous and professional. I thought I needed a new garage door motor, but the service technician assessed the situation and saw that what I needed was a new spring instead. I also needed a new weather strip, and they were able to replace that as well, at a reasonable price.

Google5We had been looking for a garage door for almost 2 years. Once we finally found one we loved it was easy to discuss and get exactly what we wanted. The installers were excellent, neat and timely. The only small issue was the scheduling, they double booked and were late. I only wish they would have called me to let me know they were over an hour behind. With that said I would highly recommend this company and the products they sell.

Google5I used the services of this company a little less than a year ago for an urgent repair of my garage door--one spring had broken. The technician arrived promptly the next day and replaced both springs and repaired some hardware that was damaged when the spring broke. Garage has worked fine ever since. The price was expensive, but in line with other companies. Good garage door repair companies are hard to find---I've used three over the past six years, and this was the best, so I do recommend this company.

Google5I had an emergency repair done on my garage door on a Saturday evening, the technician responded within 45 minutes from the time I spoke to dispatch. They fixed my door quickly and the repair cost was very reasonable. I would use this company again and recommend them to friends and family.

Google5Had Garage Doors and Gates 4 Less install a beautiful garage door for my mom. They were very professional and the price was right too! The service was quick as well, overall I didn't feel like I was being given the run around which I was grateful for and I felt comfortable leaving my mom alone with them. 5 Stars! I would definitely recommend these guys to someone else!

Google5My boyfriend moved into his new house and the garage door didn't work. I called around to a couple of different places and Garage Doors 4 Less were the only ones that actually answered their phones with a live person. They gave me a great estimate over the phone and were extremely professional. The person I spoke to said they are a family owned business - I like that. Within 48 hours the garage door was working great, and the cost was much less than he though he was going to have to pay. Call these guys first, you won't be sorry!

Angi1$265 for 10 minutes of labor replacing a $30 part, no thanks. If I didn't know the cost of thepart, thus mi GB t seem reasonable. But I do know the cost. Services Rendered: I needed a gate receiver, a $30 part on Amazon replaced. I t has 3 connectors. As they are electric, I don't want to touch them. The actual work can't be more than 10 minutes, inckuding rstrieving tools frkm car. Quote to replace, $295.

The garage is now working smooth, hardly any sound. I am a very satisfied customer and will highly recommend this company. Services Rendered: My garage door was making noise. Angi1This company is horrible!! I purchased (for $120.00!!!) a "Garage Door Tune-Up, Roller Replacement and 11-Point Safety Inspection". What I got was a huge sales pitch and a salesman who didn't want to do the work I paid for ( the work was clearly listed in the description of the package I purchased for $120.00). This Garage Doors 4 Less guy insisted that it was futile for him to do any of the work (that I had already purchased!!) and he said that what I really needed was a new motor. I told him if I wanted a new motor right now, I would buy it. For now---I ONLY want what I've already paid for--- A TUNE=UP! I DON'T want a sales pitch and being told the tune-up is a waste. The garage door motor clearly works! That is what counts and for now---all I want is a tune-up. That is why I bought the package from Angie's List! This guy from Garage Doors 4 Less seemed angry and annoyed that I didn't want a new motor -- he then spent all of 15 minutes at the most working on the garage door/motor---and then announced he was finished. I asked him to configure my newly purchased garage remote to the motor. He said no--he couldn't do that. Later, after he had left, I just had my handyman come over and he did everything for me easily, for way less I might add --and without the sales pitch. My handyman confirmed that my motor was fine. It was old, but worked fine. My handyman took care of what this Garage Doors 4 Less guy wouldn't/couldn't do. This company was a WASTE of my money and time, and I hate wasting money. If you want a huge sales pitch for your $120.00 then go ahead. But this company is terrible in my book and shame on Angie's List for selling these sales pitches in the form of an actual service! Services Rendered: I needed my garage door balanced, motor and gears cleaned and oiled, possible roller replacement and my newly purchased garage door remote to be configured to the motor.

Angi2Not good. I felt instantly before he even started to do the work that I had already paid for--that he was using this as an excuse to "upsell" me on a whole new everything. He kept insisting that I needed a new motor and garage door. Yes I know my garage door and motor are old - but they work! I can understand if he did the work I hired and paid for and THEN started talking to me about buying new - but this felt like a "shake-down". I even had to ask him if he was going to perform the work I hired him to do or not!! He spent no more than 15-20 min total on "aligning" the door and whatever else he did (not much). In the end, he did not sync up my remote to the motor. When I asked why, he said he wasn't able to, despite the fact that I had done it many times in the past. He was rude and his lack of professionalism really irritated me and I felt that I was ripped off. Never again. Folks - it doesn't pay to use Angie's List for this sort of thing. I have yet to be happy with the outcome. AL seems to be all about giving vendors an opportunity to promote their business and is not about real, honest customer input. Services Rendered: I needed to have my garage door balanced and rollers and electronic eye cleaned and garage door motor synched up with my remote.

Angi2I did not use them due to the high cost of the diagnostic service call. See above. Services Rendered: My garage door made a horrible noise and wouldn't go all the way up. I needed an assessment of whether the motor or parts could be repaired or if the motor needed to be replaced. I found the company on Angie's List and went to their website, where it clearly stated that the company served all of Southern California including Orange, Ventura, and Riverside counties. I called the company's toll number and at first, the receptionist said they did not service Riverside county. I said I was on their website and it gave a Riverside contact number and Riverside information. She said that she would check and came back on to tell me that yes, they did. She needed to get back to me about setting up an appt. and she did call me back. But because I was in Riverside County, she said the company needed to charge me $125 dollars to come out. I told her on their website, the charge for a garage door repair diagnostic was $29 and that other companies had lesser diagnostic charges but she said they really didn't service Riverside and the company needed that amount to come out so far so I declined. But I found a 951 number on their website under Riverside County Services and I called it and the same lady answered the phone. The receptionist was very nice but I believe the company is really misleading customers on their website by listing a variety of counties with phone numbers that all lead to the same receptionist to imply they serve these counties (or maybe to act like they are a bigger company than what they really are) but where they have to upcharge customers just to come out and diagnose the problem. I gave a D because the receptionist was nice and tried to help me.
