Google55 stars for Benita who answered my Q and was very helpful and didnt brush me off. I appreciate her so much. 0 stars for calling and having to sift through the AI voice who didnt understand what I was asking about. It took forever to get to a real person and when I did, I was feeling annoyed and disgruntled. Kudos to Benita for handling things and being professional. I was happier after talking to her even though what I wanted wasn't available.

Google2Went to Lowe’s to purchase some paint. After the front paged the paint “specialist” 4 times for us, she finally arrived, by which point the line grew to more than 4. IRENE was the CSR that was working and I cannot express how incredibly rude she was. We asked for some samples to which she replied only satin comes in samples. As I asked for clarification regarding the differences in finish she just pointed to one of the cards. So I then asked where in the aisle can we find the specific white we were looking for and she just said “on the shelf.” I did not appreciate that response. As we started asking another question she then asked for the next customer and proceeded to ignore us as we stood there with more questions about the different paints Lowe’s offers. I’ve never been treated that way in any store. She had no interest in helping us and seemed bothered she was even there. As a matter of fact, the gentleman she started helping went so far as to apologize to us for skipping ahead of us. The fact the customer realized and acknowledged what she did and she continued on is a very bad look for Lowe’s in my opinion. At that point I decided I would rather go to Home Depot to purchase the paint. I wasn’t giving my money to someone who treats customers like that. Irene is a terrible representative for Lowe’s and definitely resulted in a lost customer.

Google5Went in to pick up an online order and both the customer service representative and Mark were great! As soon as I walked in, the customer service rep took my information and called over Mark to grab my order. I purchased a grill for my boyfriend as a surprise, but the grill was assembled so it did not fit in my car. Mark went to the back and found the grill still in the box. He then helped me load it into my car. Mark was super helpful! I tried leaving him a review through the survey but unfortunately, I was not able to, so I figured I'd come leave a review for him here. Mark, thank you for all your help!

Google1Low Liability Lowe's. January 2025 Lowe's installed a new microwave/ oven wall unit in my home. Unfortunately, Lowe's sent an incompetent contractor Rodrigo from Premier/A to B Transport. Who dented my Samsung refrigerator taking out the old unit, and left holes throughout my cabinet. This is now a safety concern... according to competent contractors that I have consulted on this poor installation, the consensus is: those units get really hot and can cause damage to the appliance and well as create a fire hazard. My only choice is to seek legal action since Lowe's refuses to take accountability.

Google5I enjoy shopping at this Lowe's Home Improvement location. They are a well stocked store. Associates are very helpful at this store in Canyon Country. The store is very clean. Great place to browse and shop.

Google5Very happy with our shopping stop here. Very clean can walk around the aisles since they are very spacious. I do though wish they had more cash registers open but got help right away when we were in line waiting. Products are priced fairly and found tool sets here that home depot didn't carry the time is was there.

Angi4THEY HAD TO COME BACK TWO OR THREE TIMES TO FINALLY GET IT RIGHT AND THAT WAS THE INSTALLER. THEY SOLD ME THE WRONG GARAGE DOOR OPENER TO BEGIN WITH. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS GOOD, BUT THEY HAD TO COME BACK A COUPLE OF TIMES. IT WASN'T A PROBLEM WITH THE ACTUAL CONTRACTOR, IT WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE EQUIPMENT AND THEY HAD TO PUT IN A NEW GARAGE DOOR OPENER TO REPLACE THE ONE THEY ORIGINALLY PUT IN. SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH IT. Services Rendered: A NEW GARAGE DOOR AND A NEW OPENER WERE INSTALLED.
